The resort is amazing and i have to say that i would love to come back but the staff most of the staff were miserable… they were always kinda bothered by us if you had any questions and most of the tourists had the same impression about the staff !!! I gave a big tip to the lady that cleans my room and i told her if she can make it a bit special bc it was my husband s b day and we came to the room nothing was done very disappointed!!! The beverages most of the good ones the keep them under the table !!!!

Simply amazing experience from start to finish. We arranged airport pickup through Majestic, flawless. Greeted at the door of the resort with cold towels and cold drinks, followed by a meeting with our butler and a short walk to our room. What stands out: the people. Every single staff member was helpful and friendly.

Mixed bag of a trip. Went last week. Pros: Nice sandy beach with turquoise waters, spacious rooms with marble floors, pool seems to have kid-friendly activities and a fair amount of seating, getting beach or pool chairs generally is not too challenging. Cons: Food at times was terrible--very low quality meats and rather than embracing local cuisine that likely handles lack of high-quality ingredient availability, they had at times barely edible food that often missed the mark. Staff (which there was plenty off) was often in disarray and at times rude (almost never the women). You are swarmed by local vendors at the beach on a daily basis, which is unusual at a higher-end resort (maybe it is just a DR thing, but it was annoying and even bothered my kids a lot). They employ lots of people, the resort was clean and the main buildings are nice but definitely seemed to be going through some stuff at the moment.

Great relaxing stay. Our butler Jose P was fabulous. Entertainment is hit or miss, but even the miss is entertaining.

Everything was beautiful!! Food was good, shows were good, there’s an employee named Pepa who we adored!! She was so friendly and had such high energy!! She taught us new dances and it was so much fun!!
