The condo was very clean our host Austin was very easy to communicate with. The view from the balcony were stunning. The pool was awesome. We loved everything about it. It was perfect for the two of us. Highly recommend it.

Amazing view and deck

I booked this unit basically for the comfortable deck furniture and view and it did not disappoint. I spend a lot of time on the deck so that was very important (we even saw whales!) We were pleasantly surprised to find a king size bed instead of the full bed listed in the description. Very clean and quiet unit

Two weeks of relaxation

Enjoyed our stay on the 24th floor of tower 3. Conveniently located to walk to stores and shopping mall. Taxi service was easy to get and appreciated at a reasonable cost. Furnishings in the condo were adequate but nothing special. Kitchen was missing some keys essentials ( a good paring knife, spatula, baking sheets,scissors, and tongs). Otherwise the appliances were in good working order and modern. Loved the balcony and daily view of ocean activity. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great property. Unit was well decorated with very nice patio furniture. Having a barbecue was a nice option. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. Property manager was very responsive to our questions and inquired frequently throughout our stay to ensure everything was good.

One of the best locations of PV

We have stayed at about 6 Hotels along the Hotel Zone. We rented this condo at The Venetian and it was the best location and property by far! Several Infiniti pools that are on one of the largest portions of sandy beach. Clean. Waiters are amazing. We liked this location because though we like to go out and eat often, on occasion it was nice that there is a full restaurant onsite with delicious food and drinks and affordable. Walking distance to beautiful amazing restaurants (across the street.) Easy $6 Uber ride to downtown. The condo has a gorgeous view !!! The furnishings were nice and internet great! Very well equipped. John was a great host and extremely accommodating! Very attentive. Washer and Dryer in unit which is a bonus. Don’t hesitate, book this wonderful condo!! The only recommendation would be that John updates the condo with a Queen or King bed. This condo has a double. We are thin people and it was small for two people. However, I would still book this again because the location and VIEW are fantastic.

Grand time at the Venetian!

Great place, the river next door was a highlight. It changed everyday. WiFi is not reliable therefore TV is come and go. But you are on vacation! Good place for cooking, pots and pans were decent. Great place to stay.

Service with a smile

The minute you meet John, you sense the caring concern for his guests to have a great stay. This is Mexico, we have been here 20 years and needed a rental while reno's took place. In no uncertain terms, we can say without hesitation, John is one of the best property managers we have come across. It's the attention to detail that counts in Mexico, if you have a concern, John will be on it, promptly. We are always leery about rentals in Mexico, but not here! Do not be persuaded by fancy ads, quality and service are a must to enjoy any rental. John is on it! If we could rate this a ten star we would. The location and unit, with outstanding views and everything you need for an enjoyable vacay are here.

Fantastic location

This condo was just lovely, our home away from home for over a month, it looked exactly like the VRBO photos. The balcony was an extension of the indoors where we spent many hours watching whales, cruise ship traffic and pelicans. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars! The on-site outdoor restaurant with a view of the pools and ocean was awesome. The food was awesome, no need to go elsewhere for a better restaurant. The taxi service was also top notch. This luxury resort was very safe and the grounds and pool areas were very nice. What we liked about being in tower 3 was the view of the beach activities, the para-gliders and the sunsets. The only distraction was the disco music from below over the weekend from 1 pm to 9 pm. Good news, it didn’t go past 9 pm. The frequent fireworks were just great. John was very attentive to any needs you might have. You won’t be disappointed….

Amazing holiday

My husband and I just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at the Grand Venetian. We always felt very safe as the complex is gated and the staff at the gates do an excellent job. This unit was lovely, we spent many evenings on the beautiful deck. The view is AMAZING. This is our 3rd time staying at the Grand Venetian and the first time staying in this particular unit. We will definitely be rebooking. There are many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk and the restaurant on the premises is REALLY good. We went whale watching through Mikes fishing & tours and loved it. We also did the Fiesta in the Mountains tours through canopy tours and I highly recommend it. We contacted John about a couple of minor issues and he rectified them immediately. He was ALWAYS available to answer any of our questions. We will definitely be back next year.

Great View from the 24th floor

This was our 3rd stay at GV. The condo was as expected. Very comfortable patio furniture and a BBQ on the deck. GV is an outstanding property I can’t imagine a better place to stay in PV

Great view Great location

Stayed at this property for a week mid Nov. 2022. View is incredible and we spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck watching the waves and the beautiful sunsets. The unit itself was well equipped with everything we needed. We found the bed a bit smaller than our Queen at home and we had a number of issues with the door, air conditioning and dishwasher but John dealt with them right away. John was great and even offered to help us out when our flight was cancelled. The noise from the bar on the beach on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights was probably the most annoying part especially since those were our first nights. Thank goodness it doesn’t go during the week and we could enjoy those nights on the deck. It starts early afternoon but does end promptly at 9pm so we just planned for late dinners those nights and came back for a nightcap. This, of course, isn’t anyone’s fault but because the unit is so high up the sound bounces right up to the balcony. Small price to pay for the great view.

Gorgeous sunsets!

A few hiccups upon arrival but John was quick to remedy them. Great stay, incredible view and and a really great infinity pool. Staff at the pool were very nice and the food at the restaurant was great and affordable. There’s also a little restaurant next door, a small walk on the beach. We felt very safe during our stay and look forward to coming back.

Great Condo in Hotel District

We stayed for 7 nights. Nice condo with great ocean and sunset view. Comfy patio furniture with a gas grill. Beautiful clean stretch of beach right outside the condo with palapas and chairs that are free to use on a first come basis. The washer and dryer were very handy so that we didnt have to take our luggage full of dirty clothes back home. The restaurant had great service, but the food was just ok and a bit high priced for PV. The wifi worked well and there's Netflix but we didnt really watch any TV. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with toiletries, blow dryer, towels, dish soap and laundry detergent. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, gadgets and utensils. The condo is very conveniently located right next to a bus stop for easy and very cheap trips to the center of town and Romantic district and if you go the other direction, the bus will take you right to Walmart for groceries and supplies. We had an issue with the gas on our first day but the host immediately responded and addressed the problem. The cons for us may be more of personal tastes but worth mentioning. There aren't many options for food near the condo but that's true of the hotel district in general. Mostly large chain restaurants. The biggest bummer for us was the club below the condo. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday the music starts in the afternoon and goes until 9:00PM. It's club/techno/dance music with sirens and horns and the sound seems to funnel up directly to and condo and echo in the patio walls. It's quite loud and can even be heard inside with the doors closed. If you're just going for a long weekend and looking to chill on the patio in the evening with a glass of wine to enjoy the sunset and listen to the waves crash, you should know it's not going to be quiet and peaceful. Maybe this isnt an issue if you're young and looking for a party. We're middle aged and a bit slower paced. Luckily we were there for a week and had plenty of opportunities to enjoy a quiet view. The patio is also great for starting your day with a cup of coffee and view of the boats heading out for the day. Hope this helps. Enjoy your stay. It's a lovely place.

PROPERTY AREA GREAT. APPARTMENT HORRIBLE, A/C RATTLED ALL NIGHT, BED SHEETS WORN OUT AND SMELLY SAME WITH TOWELS, BED VEY NARROW AND BAD SHAPE, NO TOILETT PAPER, TX IN THE BEDROOM DINDT WORK. I STYED ONLY ONE NIGHT HAD TO GO TO A HOTEL. JHON SHAID ET WAS OK AND HE WOULD CANCEL MY STAY. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN

Great suite

Beautiful suite with an amazing view of the ocean and beach. Very nicely furnished. Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. The grounds and pool areas are top notch. Try out the beach restaurant next to the river. Grounds staff are all very friendly and helpful. Had a few issues that John was quick to remedy. Enjoyed our stay. Could have been a little cleaner by our standards hence the 4 star overall. A bit more info about what to expect and where to buy groceries etc would have been nice. We would stay here again.

Birthday Trip

Love the location, great beachfront. parachuters landing all day on beach right in front and parasailer by boat in front for all day entertainment. Great fireworks show from the balcony Great shopping mall next door and the restaurant on premises is very good for beach/poolside food. We will definitely be revisiting.

Amazing balcony!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo complex was perfect. Several pools, always able to find a chair at the pool or the beach, food at the restaurant was delicious. Loved seating in the comfortable chairs on the balcony enjoying the sunset every night. Bring your binoculars to watch the whales breaching in the bay!

WOW--It doesn't get much better

We just arrived home from a one week stay in this condo on the 24th floor. When my wife and I walked in, all I could think was WOW, it doesn't get much better than this. The property was clean and well looked after, spent a lot time on the deck as it gets more shade until late afternoon. A great spot for card games, reading, web surfing or happy hours. Thanks to John for getting us in a little earlier rather than we expected. The Grand Venetian is truly a gem on the beach. Yes, there are a few hours on the weekends that provide some "music"?? of sorts from below, BUT, as we have always said, if you want complete quiet, stay home. If the music annoys you, close the patio doors and you hardly hear a thing. I am also a Pickleball player and found the local group that plays at the GV to be very friendly and welcoming, just an added bonus for me. Overall, a very pleasant stay, we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for an upscale stay.
