Easter break

Apartment in the marina area with lots of restaurants in walking distance, nice condo with pool view. Market day is on Thursdays where you can find local products Beach boca de tomates is a 15 min walk away. Problem with the additional bed was resolved quickly.Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We stayed here during my husbands surgery. It was a great central location, close to everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the building and suite were clean and well looked after. A cleaner came in once a week. Communication with the owner was quick and clear and checking in and out was a breeze! We would highly recommend staying here!

Would stay again

For the price, this property met our expectations. The place was clean (except for the refrigerator, which for some reason is missed in every place we've stayed). The condo was older than it looked online. The furniture was a bit long in the tooth and towels were old and frayed. The gate attendants were friendly and there was maid service weekly. The location was fine and close to some restaurants and a few retail stores. There was access to the internet for streaming and having AC in the living room and bedrooms was a definitely plus. The main con for us was the condo felt too personal as if the owners live there while not renting. For example, we felt uncomfortable looking for additional blankets, cleaning supplies and were afraid of accidentally breaking many of the tchotchkes on display. Despite this, we would stay there again and recommend this property.

Perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location. It is steps from the marina where there are a variety of great restaurants and shops, including an OXXO, and the bus is at your doorstep, yet once inside the condo, it is quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and work very hard to make this a great place. We look forward to possible future stays here.

Beautiful property and location

A week in PV is always a delight. This unit was extremely comfortable and larger than the photos can convey. Our neighbors joined us for a few days and it was walking distance to all the restaurants, coffee shops and everything you could need. The food and drinks were excellent as wells as the service. We highly recommend the property and the this particular unit. Our host was timely and check in very smooth. The staff was very friendly and we were just a few steps from the Marina Malecon. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is right here.

Great place, great pool and great location

The condo was exactly as described. Minor issue with hot water that was attended to right away. Kitchen is very well stocked but pots and pans need to be upgraded. Bed was fabulous, having two bathroom was great. We used the pool almost every day, and we spent the evenings on our balcony overlooking the pool and the well maintained grounds. The security people do a good job and we observed them patrolling at night and during the day. The location next to the marina is almost too good to be true. More than a dozen good restaurants are only a short walk away. Every Thursday night there is a street market with everything you could want. Soriana is a 15 minute walk away. Costco, Walmart and Comber are an inexpensive UBER or Taxi ride away.

Great Spot in the Marina

This is the second time we have stayed here while our place is being renovated. It is a beautiful. The condo is super comfortable, having everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It's a close walk to the Marina for tons of great restaurants and places to spend your money. The owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

Great location and space, highly recommend

No issues from checking in to check out. Host is very good at giving instructions to retrieve keys. Place is very clean and spacious. We both worked remote so Wi-Fi access was super important. Wi-Fi connection was very good. You can’t beat the location so close to restaurants. Will definitely book again if we’re back in the area.

Brilliant!

This property has everything going for it—particularly in terms of location: the Marina (with all the shops, restaurants and bars) is on the doorstep, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the grocery store and about a 30 minute bus ride to downtown. It’s also beautifully appointed and well-equipped. I’ve stayed at another property in this complex and, frankly, it didn’t compare—at all. Importantly, my communications with the owner were replied-to promptly. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that, in my judgement, is also tremendous value, you’ll be pleased to know that you don’t need to look any further. In a word, it’s GREAT!

Royal Pacific-Royal Time

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of issues, early on, with appliances and they were fixed right away. The owners are very accommodating. We live in the same complex but our place is being renovated. This was a perfect spot. We know the location, people in the office, security and others. They are all very friendly for those who might want to visit sight unseen. There are wonderful restaurants in the marina and a close, inexpensive taxi ride downtown. We will probably ask to use this place again when we have too many visitors. Thank you, Lindsay

Problems in Paradise

So much that's great: a great view of the pool, a great amount of space, a great location (mere minutes from anywhere on the marina). This place seriously made seeing other parts of Puerto Vallarta difficult because leaving it meant relaxing less. And yet... The property's management left a lot desired. Clear directions to arrive weren't provided as the address given didn't actually exist, so I spent at least an hour in the Mexican heat trying to locate my lodgings until I used the local Starbucks's Wi-Fi to contact somebody. A promised fridge full of beer, soda, and water was empty, and no one ended up filling it. The master bedroom's hot-water faucet proved inoperational the whole stay, another issue supposedly looked into that wasn't. And assistance in arranging a taxi to the airport on the day of departure went nowhere as nary a driver showed. I really liked my time here yet would probably book somewhere else if guaranteed to experience the same (mis)management. It's such a great property; it deserves better supervision.
