Breakfast for a fee. No much amenities more than a soap, shampoo and napkins. Parking available. During the stay there was a +15 group of students and no adult control. they were very noisy, keept knocking at all doors and running the hallways. Parking official was very polite and helpful with the parking map. Receptionist didn’t enabled the door key the first time asked me to use it the “right” way. Later they were calling me on the phone asking who i was , because there was a misunderstanding( on their side i guess).

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro histórico de Puebla, un poco industrial los alrededores. Me apoyaron con la habitación, llegue antes del check in. El Sr. Miguel Miguelito, como le gusta que le digan fue para mi gusto quien rescato mi estancia. La habitación no me gusto mucho, ya que les falta mantenimiento. No quiero ser negativo pero las fotos no es lo mismo en la realidad y eso como viajero no me gusta que te presenten algo que no es real. La atención fue buena no excelente, no entre al restaurante ya que no me lo recomendaron, me asome al restaurante pero no había gente ni comida para dar una opinión. Me gusto su ubicación por la razón que fue ir a Puebla de entrada por salida. La alberca no muy limpia, ya se ven viejos los muebles en general. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que hay mucho movimiento de gente, el hotel es cede de juego y hay mucha gente entrando y saliendo sobre todo por la noche. Lo que me incomodo mucho fue que había un grupo de rondalla y se pusieron a ensayar por la noche a eso de las 9 a 10 p.m. en frente de mi habitación. No volvería a hospedarme ahí, el precio fue justo. Creo que se pueden buscar mejores opciones a un precio un poco mayor. Hay suficientes lugares de estacionamiento y no tuve problemas de ingresar alimentos a la habitación. Felicito a Miguelito por todas sus atenciones, en general le doy un 7.5 de calificación general al hotel Saludos

Las habitaciones ‘económicas’ son habitaciones viejas, las regaderas y lavabos gastan muchísima agua, las habitaciones no son insonorizadas y hay mucho ruido en el hotel, en anteriores ocasiones solo tenían habitaciones con camas dobles o cama king size, ahora ya tienen más variedad como las económicas pero son muy feas, viejas y les hace falta mucho mantenimiento, además como tienen alberca deberían considerar poner adentro de las habitaciones lugar para tender la ropa mojada y así nos evitamos ver la ropa de los demás huéspedes, incluso ropa interior tendida en los barandales de los pasillos y contar con toallas para alberca, además de que el restaurante como siempre siempre le faltan cosas, y el servicio es muy lento

Como solo ibamos por un día nos confiamos a usar los articulos de higiene que normalmente proporcionan. En la reserva dijimos que eramos 4, no había suficiente toallas, ni jabón. Todo bien pero para mi son detalles que hablan de personalizar al cliente, si se hizo con tiempo la reservación. Al asignar un cuarto debieras saber cuantos huespedes tendras.

Lo que no está padre es que cambien el costo de la reservación y no dejen cancelar. Uno reserva con un precio y el mero día lo cambian. Y eso fue por la aplicación no por el hotel. Y así prefiere uno mejor ir directo al hotel en lugar de usar esta app
