My experience at Hotel Gala was very bad. The service at the front desk was poor, there was no hot water to take a shower, and there were no bottled waters provided in the rooms. I went downstairs to ask if they could give me a bottle of water and they said no. They showed me where I could get water, and when I asked for a cup, they told me I had to bring my own. My stay at Hotel Gala was very unpleasant.

Excellent staff. A very poor breakfast. One piece of toast & 4 slides of orange. Amazing view from deck on roof. No elevator so being your own to carry your bags up & down the different floors. Very clean. Toilet tank water valve broken. I instructed them to fix it once I check out. I am living with it.

The sound insulation of the room is very poor. I could hear the snoring from the neighboring room, and at 4 a.m., people were laughing and talking loudly, but no one managed the situation.
