Escape to the forests of the Wasatch mountains in this piece of paradise, with expansive patio and balcony areas to enjoy the views. Sundance Resort posted about this unit being their most nicely appointed home. The unique layout of this cabin, including a separate apartment and a bonus nook space, accommodates many styles of families and friends alike. Located less than a mile away from its restaurants, hikes, mountain biking, spa, art studio and shops. It is the perfect choice for a family and friends getaway, business meeting or outdoor enthusiast.

The high ceilings are complemented by the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the outdoors. Bright living room features plenty of seating space to enjoy a game night around the remote controlled fireplace. Flat screen TV with multiple streaming platforms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, coffee and tea, blender, toaster and more! Dining table seats 6 people and the kitchen island has 4 counter stools.

5 BEDROOM - SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
1.) A master bedroom with a king size bed,
2.) Fully equipped studio with a king bed as well, 3.) One queen bed, 4.) 2 full beds, and one twin bed with luxury linens. Master bedroom opens to the patio with seating area and propane fire pit. There 4 full bathrooms with complete toiletries and fresh towels. There's also Pack'n Play with baby mattress stored in the closet (please bring your own sheets), and as well as a high chair.

The cozy studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Flat screen TV offers cable and Netflix as well as other streaming platforms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, fridge and freezer, coffee and tea, blender, toaster and more! Kitchen island seats 4.

OUTDOOR AREA includes picnic table, grill, propane fire pit surrounded by chairs and lounging chairs. Relax after a long day in the outdoors, with the Sundance Aspen Spa - 800 Series. This spa truly has the best of everything, including patented Fluidix jets and illuminated grab bars. The therapy seat delivers a deep immersion massage experience.

FREE PARKING: Up to 3 cars plus one for the studio. No more than 10 total occupancy including children. The resort hosts many events through the year as well as live music at the bar. Only 15 minutes from Provo/Orem.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Wedding stay

We stayed in The Ponderosa for our daughters wedding at Sundance. It was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful scenery out the large open r windows in the living area. Very cozy and convenient to all Sundance amenities and nearby Park City and Midway .
