Hermoso condominio recientemente renovado de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños directamente frente al mar en el hermoso y prístino Northwest Point Resort. La belleza de este complejo es la tranquilidad y privacidad que siente desde el momento en que llega. Está bien alejado de las multitudes de Grace Bay, pero a un corto trayecto en coche de las principales atracciones. El complejo está situado en un terreno de quince acres ubicado junto al Parque Nacional Marino y la Reserva Natural, a 15 minutos en automóvil del Aeropuerto Internacional de Providenciales, supermercados y restaurantes en Grace Bay. Home away from home - lovely property on the beach - you could take long walks, see beautiful sunsets (you have to walk to the lighthouse about 30min) enjoy water sports and the pool. Very neat and clean property and the unit that we stayed in had probably the best view … absolutely loved it

This was the best vacation rental I have ever had. Hands down. Great location. Gorgeous resort with nice heated pool, Jacuzzi, and beautiful beach. The condo itself has two kings (very comfortable), nice pillows, and the most beautiful interior. So many nice touches throughout. Lots of embroidered towels, a beach bag to use, placemats and cloth napkins and a cooks kitchen! Spices and oils. Three kinds of coffee makers (drip, keureg and a french press). A killer view. Nice smart tvs. A poolside bar/restaurant. Only possible challenge for some is the three mile gravel road w potholes that you have to endure. Just rent a car w big wheels and you will be fine. Enjoy!!!

The condo was perfect. It matched the listing and more. Not included on the listing bht a major plus was the water bottle dispenser helped keep us hydrated and much better than getting bottles from the grocery store. The road tk the condo was as listed, dirt road, not too bad once you hot used tnit and found the real bumpy parts. Definitely recommend and SUV or more offroad vehicle if you plan to be driving back and forth a lot. The condo is sevluded which was nice, it was quiet and no crowds. But if younpla. To do a lot of day trips for activites or going to the store it is a little drive. So recomme d you just plan your outings. Beach was nice. Although there wasa storm right beofre we arrived that washed a ton of seaweed ashore. The complex did comb the beach and picked up a lot, but there were still some big oiles at the waters edge. Once the westher cleared the water was warm and clear. The condo had everythi g we needed including towels for the beach and pool. The views from the balconey over the water were perfect. Would higly recommend. And the owner was very helpful and accomodating.

I can’t say enough good things about the Vista Del Mar condo. It was perfect! And Hal was an excellent Host. Unfortunately the Restaurant on site was closed for the week we were there so we didn’t get to try the food, but the condo was perfect. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Provo!!

Great place to enjoy the beach in a secluded and safe place.

The place was very clean and well equipped with everything you would expect. Hal was very accommodating and easy to reach when needed. We loved his detailed check in instructions and numerous recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We can’t wait to come again. Thank you Hal for a great stay!!

We had a great time . The apartment has a lovely view of the ocean . We walked in the morning along the beach to look at the sun rise. The apartment has very good supply for cooking and exactly as described on VRBO. My family was happy to stay there even with a long drive to grace bay. Thank you for renting to us.

Amazing Place!

We had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos and Vista Del Mar was excellent! The place looks EXACTLY like the pictures -- very nicely decorated, very comfortable, TVs in all rooms, and the beds are new. Fully stocked with everything you need. If you are looking for a great getaway, off the beaten path, with stunning views, then this is the place for you! It is very clean, the staff were great, and Hal's list of where to go, what to do, etc is also excellent. We had a blast and will definitely be back!!

Beautiful, quiet location well away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. We saw turtles in the surf on several days just down the beach in the Northwest Park area! Be prepared for the drive. The distance wasn't a problem for us, but the roads were AWFUL! Paved was better than unpaved, but lots of potholes and very rough! We didn't know if our little rental car would survive, but thankfully it did! However, the condo was very nice and was well stocked with a variety of beach supplies and useful items. The grounds, including the pool area and the beach "huts" were spectacular!

Amazing Place to Stay!

The Resort is beautiful -- very quiet, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The Condo was excellent -- the pictures are EXACTLY how the place looks. Its very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The beds are super comfortable and TVs in every room. Hal's list of where to go, where to eat, etc was also perfect. If you want to get away, and have a nice secluded, beautiful place to stay with warm breezes and stunning views, this is the place to go. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything Hal! Vista Del Mar is a PERFECT 10!!

This condo is even better than the pictures. It’s like walking into a perfect House and Home Magazine. The unit is set up with anything you could possibly need and more. All of the fine details are amazingly taken care of . Each of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen as well as the balcony are wonderfully furnished and stocked. The Ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking . Thanks for a super vacation 😊

Fantastic, 5 star accommodations!

My wife and I had an incredible 25th anniversary trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. In addition to the great place to stay, there were so many extras along the way that made this trip easy and care free, from sunscreen, to beach chairs and coolers, to allowing us to check out a little later in the day. The house had everything we could possibly need. Due to the warm ocean breezes coming off of the water, we didn’t need to use the AC once. Northwest Point Resort was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, which was exactly why we chose this location. Our trip to Turks and Caicos was amazing...if you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place!

Loved the villa. Lovely and beautifully updated. Not being familiar with Turks and Caicos and the various areas, i was not aware of the area. I was a little scared when the highway ends and you continue on the dirt road. So...I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was a little windy the week we were there, and we could not sit on the beach, which was disappointing, but we loved the pool. We also visited a couple of beach areas that were a little more protected from the winds. We highly recommend the property.

Terrific Vacation!

We found this condo inviting from the moment we arrived. The condo was extremely clean and the lights were on to welcome us. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Hal has thought of so much to make our stay wonderful-beach towels, plastic tumblers for the pool, and beach chairs when we visited another beach. The view is as beautiful as the picture. We relaxed on the beach -and appreciated both the breeze and tiki huts as we soaked up the warmth and the sun. We also enjoyed the hammock and pool area. The best part was the privacy and low crowds. Hal's recommendations for restaurants was helpful. We appreciated eating at the local restaurants. The Northwest Point Resort is a fabulous location for a quiet, restful vacation. And Vista Del Mar is clean, comfortable, and restful.

Perfect blend

Our family absolutely LOVED staying at Northwest Point Resort! The buildings and grounds, amenities, and beachfront location are beautiful and inviting - everything you need is there to have a wonderful, relaxing island vacation! And, since Providenciales is a small island, it's also very easy to explore so many places within just a short drive. We visited Grace Bay, Long Bay, Sapodilla Beach, and Turtle Cove during our trip. The condo is immaculate and comfortable. The host has truly thought of everything! We loved watching the sunrise from the deck. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Communication was clear and efficient with our host. Very easy experience.One tip for future travelers - I wish we had rented beach chairs for the week (available in Grace Bay) to keep in our rental car. This would have made our day trips to other beaches more comfortable and economical. If you are thinking of staying at Northwest Point - book now! It's amazing. We are already planning our next trip back.

Great Trip!

We have been to Turks and Caicos many times, and always stayed on Grace Bay. This time, we decided to try something new and stay out at Northwest Point. We are so pleased with our decision. This condo is perfect for a couple or family. It is directly oceanfront, with a long balcony. The condo had all we needed for our stay, including beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach bags and many, many more things. It is obvious that the owner has taken good care, as the unit is very well maintained. The furniture and appliances look new, and we never had any problems. We knew that Northwest Point is a bit away from the crowds and a drive to the hub of the island. This is exactly what we wanted. If you are the type that needs to be in the middle of the action, and have constant nightlife, this may not be the place for you. Thanks for sharing your condo. We will definitely return.

Little piece of Paradise

We were looking for something a little special and we found it in T&C with this 2 bedroom condo. The whole experience was wonderful from the prompt dealings by the owner to the arrival at the airport where we were met by Charles the friendly Property Manager. Situated on the northern end of the island - it was simply a little piece of paradise - away from the crowds it felt like having our own private resort. The condo was equipped to a very high standard with many extras not normally expected - the owner obvious spent a lot of time and effort to ensure our stay was everything we hoped. Sitting watching the sun rise from the double balcony never got boring. The well appointed Kitchen and living area ensured that when we returned from the pool/beach the little piece of paradise continued in the Condo. I can not recommend this highly enough. We are already looking at returning next year and bringing friends and family as the owner also has a 1 bedroom almost next door, which we were able to have a sneak peak at during the stay and it did not disappoint. Thanks for an amazing stay and we will be back.

This is the one of the nicest condos we have stayed at using VRBO! We gave it a 5 star!

Absolutely stunning property that does not disappoint. Interior is gorgeous and Hal has taken the utmost care in assuring his guests are comfortable. We spent 10 luxurious days enjoying the islands and beaches and each night we consistently said we loved coming back to the serenity of the condo at NorthWest Point! We loved Hal’s book of advice and checked out his recommendations on beaches and restaurants! Eddie cooked us a few excellent meals at the onsite restaurant... and we did utilize the outside grills! There was one incident one night when we came home, the condo above us had some sort of hot water heater leak and it was coming into our condo. We notified Charles (Propery Manager) he was on it right away. Nancy the housekeeper was there as well. This was at 10 pm at night. They were all over the issue and took care of the situation ASAP! Really a special place and we most certainly will return. Best kept secret in Turks & Caicos! Thanks Hal!

Best Vacation Ever!! It's so relaxing!

Over the years we vacationed several times on Turks and Caicos’s Providenciales Island. We love Provo, but were looking for something different for this vacation and decided to stay at the Vista Del Mar condo at the North Point Resort for a 10-day vacation. The North Point Resort has the look and feel of a Spanish villa and the grounds are well maintained. The Vista Del Mar two bedroom condo was ready for us the minute we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo’s spacious size and modern furnishings. The condo is very comfortable and clean and we also liked the beach décor. The kitchen was well equipped with houseware that we and most people have at home. The condo has spectacular views of the beach and ocean that we looked forward to every sunrise and sunset during our stay. We were also surprised that the North Point gets a strong breeze, similar to Long Bay Beach. Several days we turned the AC off and just opened the sliding doors turned the ceiling fans on. The condo is right on the beach and very close to the pool which has been recently renovated; both are a short stroll away. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we ever had on Provo. We chalked it up to a combination of the North Point Resort location and the comfort of the Vista Del Mar condo. If you are looking for something different on Provo, we suggest you consider staying at the Vista Del Mar condo at the North Point Resort. The booking process was effortless. Hal was very pleasant and easy to work with. We had a couple of questions prior to our visit and he responded quickly. Thanks Hal! We are looking forward to our next trip to this same condo in the very new future.

Gated Intimate Resort with Stunning Views of Ocean

Vista Del Mar has everything you could possible need and then some. It is extremely well stocked and furnished, all you need to pick up from the store is food and drinks. The unit is a home away from home and was clean and inviting. The views from the balconies were breathtaking and we constantly had a nice ocean breeze when doors and windows were open. We only needed the a/c for sleeping at night. We walked the beach daily in the morning before driving into town. We had drinks and lunch at the resort from Eddie...he made amazing fish tacos! The IGA in town has anything you may need to purchase for meals you may want to make at the condo. Our top places on Providenciales for the best food and most importantly "customer service" was #1 Chinson's Grill Shack (food and drinks were fantastic but the owner and staff made us feel so welcome.) #2 Somewhere Bar & Restaurant at Coral Gardens Resort (we had a breakfast and dinner both there and again the food, drinks, owner and staff couldn't be complemented more) #3 Shark Bite (and once again great food, drinks and customer service) We did have drinks and food at other locations on the island but these 3 definitely deserve 5 star ratings!!! Taylor Bay is a very secluded and gorgeous place to go wading or swimming with very shallow and clear water. Also, Sapodilla Bay Beach is a picturesque, pristine, white sand beach which is great for wading, swimming, paddle-boarding and other water sports. Umbrellas & chairs, food and water equipment may be rented here. We had a wonderful afternoon of paddle boarding on this beach. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat after a day mingling with the crowds, Vista Del Mar is for you! A little out of the way, but so worth the tranquility & beauty of the place!

Third Times a Charm

We discovered the Northwest Point Resort last year while sightseeing on Provo. We have stayed at several properties on Provo over the years, but never traveled to the Northwest Point of the island. We did some research and found the resort’s Vista Del Mar condo was available for our upcoming trip so we booked it. I guess we are hooked. In the last year we have stayed at Vista Del Mar three times and this time we brought some friends. The condo was just the way it looked during our last trip but with some new accents and upgrades. The two bedroom condo has plenty of space and great views of the ocean and beach. The furniture is modern, of high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with gourmet quality housewares and we were able to cook complete meals for two couples on several evenings. The pool renovations have been completed since our last visit, which turned out very nice. If you are into kite boarding, the constant 15 to 25 mph winds definitely make Northwest Point an option to Long Bay Beach. Northwest Point is only a 15 to 20 minute car ride from the airport and Grace Bay. However, we always took the scenic route making several stops along the way to our favorite spots like the Conch Shack, Somewhere or Shark Bite, to name a few. Hal, the owner along with Charles, the property manager are very attentive and genuinely want their guests to have a great time. If you want a relaxing vacation on Provo away from the crowds, still have a great beach, and get to all the hot spots in 20 minutes or less; then Hal’s Vista Del Mar condo at Northwest Point should be high on your list. Just don’t book our week, Hal and Charles; we are coming back in a few months, see you soon. Sharon and Randy

Nice and comfortable for us!

We are a seasoned group of travelers and found this rental to be perfectly suited for our needs! We rented a car and always found a parking spot right next to our unit. When we arrived, Nancy was finishing up her cleaning which was great for us as we chit-chatted with her a bit about NYE events and she not only gave us recommendations but even offered to drive us and pick us up! Of course we compensated her for this- much better than an island DUI or sitting inside the unit. We talked about how nice she was for the duration of our stay, couldn't believe how friendly she was to us. Made us feel like family! During our stay, I noticed the toilet flusher stuck and advised the owner just so he didn't have a crazy water bill and it was repaired within an hour from the maintenance staff. These things happen, no biggie but we were impressed with how quickly the maintenance team handled it. Cudos! More about the unit- has everything you need: bathroom toiletries, full kitchen items like pots/pans, cups, plates, etc, plastic cups for beach, utensils, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bath towels, comfortable living room, very comfortable beds, lots of pillows and blankets, even bug spray! Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, all the things to make our meals. Location is at the most northwest point, but only a 10 minute drive or so from airport and main area of Grace Bay. Very easy to find and we even explored the 1.5 mile nature trail next to the property and walked it all the way to the end which gave us the most awesome view of the island. We felt very safe at this location, and enjoyed the remoteness of it. During the day we'd drive into Grace Bay or one of the many other beaches then come back to the unit for pool and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here and will do when we return!
