We stayed in a pet friendly room. The room smelled like urine. They gave me some Ozium air freshener to use. I strongy suggested to the desk person, as we were leaving, that the carpets be thoroughly cleaned before anyone else stsyed in the room. The room was clean, but the odor needs to be addressed.

The first room I was booked into was not cleaned and made up from the previous guest. I requested a different room. The second room smelled bad. It looked as though the toilet had overflowed as the carpet at the entry and leading into the bathroom was soaked. Will not be back.
