This beautiful vacation home is located 2.5 km from Praia a Mare in a panoramic position overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea along the Riviera dei Cedri in Calabria. The property is surrounded by a fenced garden and has a large, partially covered terrace with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining and panoramic views of the sea and the coast while admiring the typical colors of the Mediterranean scrub. The beautiful private pool is equipped with chairs and sun loungers is ideal for relaxing or sunbathing. The house is spread over two levels: The main entrance is on the second floor, where there is a large living room / kitchen and bathroom. From here you can access the panoramic terrace and pool. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom and air conditioning and access to the garden. An ideal destination to enjoy the beauty of the coast, in search of the beaches and the most beautiful places of Calabria. The tourist villages such as Diamante, Belvedere Marittimo, Scalea and nearby Maratea with clubs, discos and pubs are within easy reach. Services, bars and restaurants nearby are open all year round. Bella struttura ma attenti alla "bolletta" della luce

Bellissima casa, arredata con gusto.Peccato che la piscina non abbiamo potuto usarla per 2/3 della vacanza perchè piena di alghe e poi il proprietario ha preteso 320 euro di consumo elettricità per 14 giorni, addebitandoci il consumo per la corrente della piscina scalando poi 100 euro perchè non abbiamo potuto usarla per gran parte della vacanza. Premetto che non abbiamo mai acceso i condizionatori nè le luci del giardino.
