The bed had hairs all over and below the blanket, the pillows and blanket had a woman’s perfume smell, room was not 100% clean Having the code before arriving was a really good thing to have.

The check in service is complicated. We are used to travel and stay in hotels without front desk but they go over what you expect. We saw others struggling too The check out is at 10 am and that means a lady banging your door at 10 am. Hotel has a good location but too many hotels in the area within that price range to choose from. My recommendation is to go somewhere else; I know I will

Had a hiccup on our check in. Im techie but i still had issues. They should put on the website theres no reception area. Everything is done via their kiosk which wasnt connecting when we were there. You need to have internet on your phone/tablet and WhatsApp app. It takes awhile to get an agent on whatsapp... and the process should be laid out like we are not techie! The room made up for the hassle... it was modern, spacious, clean and theres a nice size fridge, coffee pods, water e-kettle. The location is great!

The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and transportation. Fifteen minutes walking from the train station; the taxi refuses to take you to the hotel because it is too close. However, you have to prepare pulling your luggages on an uneven sidewalk.

Great location vs price value

Very comfortable location, walkable to most places. I have not used any public transport means during 3 days stay. Price vs value ratio is really good.
