Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast room on the roof top was impressive with views of the area. , tram stop round the corner was handy for getting around, tram 23 takes you straight to Prague Castle, tram 6 takes you to Paladium shopping centre/ municipal house (concert hall)

Great hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was great. The location was ideal - close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to be free from the tourist throng. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Great local pubs and wine bars as well. Highly recommended.

A rather old fashioned hotel where the image of the modern lobby does not reflect the rooms. The rooms are large, but do not expect it to look like a four-star room. Many of the rooms are adjacent to a tram line and with old-fashioned windows, you will hear them through the night and early morning.

The hotel is situated away from the main areas which was perfect for us as just a short walk or tram ride to old town r the castle. The rooms are a little old but spotlessly clean with comfy bed and a fabulous shower. Breakfast was sufficient and staff very efficient.

Lovely hotel in a safe area. Our room was a bit noisy as it was facing the street with the tram. Breakfast is fine for a city hotel (as you’d expect you won’t get much variety). It is walkable to the main attractions which is good.

Bed was very comfy and good power shower in bathroom. Nice touch to have two bottles of water to make coffee in your room and the breakfast was good. Great location with tram stops less than 5 minutes walk. Sadly what let it down for me was the walls between the rooms were paper thin and although people were really making a noise you could hear everything. Staff were also brilliant, but the sound proofing lets this hotel down sadly.

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Galileo Prague, and overall it was a great experience. The receptionist who checked me in was excellent, unfortunately, I forgot to get his name. He seemed like someone who never has a bad day; his cheerful expression made me feel very welcome. He never forgot my sparkling wine thou. lol I experienced a bit of discomfort with my original room, so I went downstairs to speak with him, and he immediately upgraded me without any hesitation. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name—you were very helpful!) The hotel also felt secure when entering and leaving. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.
