House with a history of over 80 years, recently renovated in the center of Matosinhos, 500 meters from the beach, close to the metro stop and all necessary amenities. The house is suitable for 4 people, consisting of two double bedrooms, office, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen together with the living room. We have a cozy outdoor space where you can enjoy outdoor dining. The house is located on the 1st floor, with a staircase at the entrance.
