O quarto estava sujo (banheiro com restos de fezes no vaso) indicando ter sido mal higienizado, solicitamos troca do quarto e nos mandaram para outro com camas de solteiro (somos um casal), mas aceitamos pois estávamos cansados. Porta do banheiro estava quebrada, cobertas não tinham cheiro agradável. Em compensação o café da manhã foi bom e a moça da equipe muito educada. Mas no geral a experiência não foi boa, não voltaremos e nem recomendamos. O que se espera de uma hospedagem por mais barata ou simples que seja é o mínimo de higiene.

Seria injusto da minha parte dizer que o quarto não estava limpinho, porque estava, mas a estrutura do hotel como um todo deixa a desejar, justamente porque as fotos mostram uma realidade bem diferente. Estranhei a quantidade de bolor e de paredes estufadas também, inclusive no quarto que fiquei. Um outro ponto foi a questão da internet, fiquei três dias utilizando somente os meus dados móveis pois o Wi-Fi não funcionava - achei isso complicado porque levei comigo o meu notebook e precisava colocar algumas coisas do trabalho em dia. De forma geral, não posso dizer que a minha estadia foi ruim, mas deixou a desejar. O hotel precisa ser mais transparente com as fotos dos anúncios, assim como ajustar algumas questões para o conforto dos hospedes.

Na descrição consta que tem estacionamento disponível, porém, não é informado que não fica no hotel e precisa caminhar 2 quadras. A região é escura, então, se precisar ir madrugada deixar o carro pode ser desconfortável ter que ir de carro. A limpeza não arrumavam a cama, não limpavam a mesa, apenas troca de toalhas e papel higiênico.

O atendimento da recepção e do pessoal da cozinha é maravilhoso sao muito prestativos e atenciosos. A equipe da cozinha é extremamente cuidadosa principalmente c hospedes c restrincao alimentar n fizeram sentir acolhidos n cafe d manha. Mas, este hotel precisa melhor as camareiras sao mal educadas, vivem cara feia para os hospedes nao fazem reposicao de produtos de limpeza sempre tinhamos q pedi n recepcao e ainda p 2 vezes deixaram nosso quarto sem limpeza mesmo c a placa de alerta n porta. E tambem usam 2 elevadores ao nesmo tempo dificultando hospedes descerem n horarios de checkin e check out no mes de julho o hotel estava cheio dificultando hospedes descerem. Nossa estadia foi bem longa neste hotel. Espero q Dan In tome providências inadimissivel hotel permitir q as camareiras continuem c esse comportamento rispido com os hospedes.A estrutura e localização do hotel sao maravilhosas.

Era para ser apenas para dormir, pois chegamos em Porto Alegre por volta da 1h00 da manhã e sairíamos cedo no dia seguinte. A minha primeira surpresa foi chegar ao hotel e não encontrar ninguém na recepção. Ficamos do lado de fora, pois a porta estava trancada. Surgiu um funcionário alguns mins depois e veio a minha segunda surpresa ao descobrir que o estacionamento era fora do hotel e cobrado. Em relação ao apto, falta manutenção, descascado em alguns pontos, apenas uma tomada. Jogo de cama de baixa qualidade e travesseiro com msnchas. A unica coisa que se salvou foi a ducha. Café razoável, com destaque negativo para suco artificial. O check-out foi dentro do esperado. Mesmo sendo apenas uma noite, eu não voltaria. Precisa de uma boa reforma

Hotel muito precário

Quarto velho, cortinas sujas, lençois encardidos, coberta muito fina e com aspecto de suja, toalhas encardidas, o aparelho de ar condicionado antigo, para ligar precisava acionar o disjuntor, não tinha como regular, e extremamente barulhento, era um dia bem frio, mas não tinha como deixar ligado por causa do barulho, que causava dor de cabeça e não tinha como dormir, televisão sem opções de canal, com antena analógica. Acabei não tirando foto, mas era horrível, o ar pingava no corredor do hotel, é até difícil de explicar, é um aparelho velho daqueles de janela, instalado encima da porta de entrada.
