My stay was great, I loved that they have a small bar and a restaurant. It gives old Marilyn Monroe vibes very cute, very suite life of Zack & Cody lol. Staff was great only downside is the parking. The parking garage is not attached to the hotel it’s across and you have to pay daily.

The hotel rooms were very outdated and the mattress and floors were filthy These conditions had nothing to do with the staff it needs to be updated terribly, The bed was disgusting. The first night I slept there there was A pad under my sheet and when I pulled it off the next day there was a huge spot all over the bed . I did respond to management but they said it was due to the age of the hotel …,,,not!

My stay was only 2 days, it was booked for a mini staycation. I had high expectations for this hotel. I was sort of upset when I got to check in, I was being over charged about $200. Luckily the receptionist fixed the price to what I was quoted online but have yet to see the refund, still waiting for it. I’ll give it a few more days. The bathroom stopped working for a few hours? It wouldn’t flush no matter how long the handle was held down for. Not sure why. There was also a bright yellow colored water coming out the faucet, still don’t know why. The walls are extremely thin… you can hear everything form the neighbors room. Yes, everything. Parking is a bit pricey but the area it’s in, I guess it makes sense. Walkable distance from various places.

We love the location of Hotel deLuxe. We can walk to restaurants and more specifically to Providence Park. The decor and the quaint rooms are so cute. The staff is excellent and we appreciate the break we get on parking with Expedia.

Great hotel in a great location of downtown Portland. Walkable and easy to access the MAX light rail. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean and charming. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice vintage style 70;s type boutique hotel. There is no breakfast provided though coffee was good in the morning. Very hard for uber or someone to pick you up with not much parking on the curb.

My husband and I stayed for a night to see a show. It was our anniversary. When we arrived the room had a bottle of champagne and a couple cookies. Super nice touch. The hotel has an awesome vibe. The bed was firm for me but room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
