It may be unfair, as we loved crown plaza prior to the change to AC Marriott. Crown was much more family friendly. This new look, although clean and sharp is not meant for family. It is intended for business people traveling in the area. Example: bar is the focal point of the dining area, the bathrooms in room are swinging doors with no locks or door handles for privacy.
