We stayed here for 2 days and the whole family liked it. The beds were super comfy. Indoor pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was good to. Would recommend this hotel.
Nice, clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. I would definitely stay again.
Love the stay clean nicebreakfast helpful staff love that i dont have to climb stairs or take elevators
It was great close to everything. It was close to the LDS temple.
We return here mostly because of the breakfast. Close to a handful of restaurants In walking distance.
Good location with easy access to freeway and numerous dining choices. Quiet , comfortable room-small, but had everything we needed. Great blackout curtains for sleeping in. Included breakfast was convenient and offered good selection and variety to start the day.
Very clean room and premises. Housecleaning did a great job as well. Lastly the included breakfast was top notch.
The room was nice but when we booked, it said we would have a fold out couch, which the room did not have. No big deal though. Other than that, we soaked in the hot tub for a while and it was clean, and the temperature was actually nice (most hotels don't pay attention to their hot tubs.) All in all, we had a good visit. The breakfast in the morning was slightly better than other hotel breakfasts that I have had. The omelettes were good, they even had vegetarian sausage which I thought was a nice touch.
My wife and I went to Portland for a quick weekend getaway and while the initial customer service experience during check-in was great the rest of our stay was only so-so. The sound insulation between rooms is almost none-existent made even worse by the fact that there were kids staying all around us and they weren't even trying to be noisy - it was that bad. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch but they were out of most items so it didn't provide us with what we were looking for. The overall experience wasn't horrible but also wasn't as good as I would have liked for the money paid. We did like the location if you like your hotels away from the hustle and the bustle and don't mind some extra noise this is the place for you.
This was a great place to stay. Anyone who goes to the Portland area should stay here.
Great location from shopping malls, bunch of restaurants nearby - walking distance.
The hotel was fairly comfortable. The price was reasonable. There was some confusion with respect to the times that our room would be cleaned. There was also some confusion with respect to check in time, although they said that they had been completely full the evening before we arrived. The amenities were nice; the indoor swimming pool is good for families with children.
Staff easy to work with, helpful, very comfortable beds, TV could use an upgrade, pool & hot tub easy and fun, location fantastic (i.e., Trader Joe's 2 blocks away; I-5 easy on and off). Will stay here again for sure.
Friendly staff, clean room and close to the outlets!
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a decent accommodations for the price.
Quick check in. Super helpful staff. Great rooms that are clean and well equipped. We needed a roll away bed and it was in the room before we made it from the front desk to the room. Convenient location to freeway, restaurants and great shopping! We stay here every time out team plays in this area. And they have a nice breakfast selection.
Prices, breakfast, staff, and room comfort were wonderful. Free breakfasts usually suck but theirs was actually really tasty with lots of choices.
The room was quite basic and small and not really up to the Springfield standard. The furnishings are in need of updating. The common areas had dirty carpet and needs a redo. The staff was friendly and efficient. Bottom line, we will not stay there again.
