I would definitely come back and stay here, What drew me was the pool and it did not disappoint:-) It's not the hotel's fault I got stuck next to a Rowdy wedding party, they finally quieted down around midnight. Breakfast was very good and Wendi provided exceptional customer service.
Cigarette butts on balcony. Extremely noisy traffic throughout the day and night. I don’t think the windows are double pane.
Nice hotel with great restaurants around close by. Safe and didn’t have to worry about stuff being taken

I imagine the facilities are fine. Our issue with this hotel relates to the handling of my husbands need to cancel 2 nights (due to a family medical emergency)after he spent his first night there.
It's very hardy for the appointments I had in Portland.
Rooms were very nice
The entire hotel is very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. The resturant isn't completely open but they do have a small selection of food and a Starbucks in the lobby that is open in the morning with breakfast. They have a very nice well stocked snack bar.
The hotel was very short staff but they managed to help people and take care of everything we needed. I would definitely come back!
