For a more upscale hotel, I would definitely expect beds larger than a double. I’ve never been to a hotel with beds smaller than a queen. My husband and I barely fit in the bed together. It was utterly ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel just based on this fact. The main reason I’m here is for sleep & it was not a good nights sleep.

The room was great! Food was good. Service was alright

From the outside it looks like nothing great but inside is super nice! My room was so clean!! Comfortable bed, couch, clean bathroom. The room had a little balcony with chairs that over looked the pool which was neat. The gym has a couple treadmills, bike, elliptical, cable machine(missing attachments which was disappointing, a bench &variety of dumbbells. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Will definitely stay here again.

I did not like that there was not a microwave in my room, or that the shower door would not stay closed. I did like the spacious bathroom.

Check-in staff were rude, our two bed was not ready at 5 PM when our check in time was 11, and i was charged $10 more dollars then I was supposed to. Clean hotel, but was very disappointed in the quality of food, the Hilton you get complimentary breakfast no matter the cost of the room.

The facility overall was good except they dont offer in-room safe.

Very nice facility and staff They offered us free breakfast buffet on 2 days Which I thought was exceptional service!

I believe this is our fourth stay at Crown Plaza in Lake Oswego,. There is a really great, and safe walking neighborhood around the hotel, and the hotel provides a map for walkers and runners which I like. There is always water in the lobby in two pretty closed glass containers with fruit to flavor it which I also like. In past stays we were provided breakfast tickets for free breakfast. This time breakfast had to be purchased; the nice serve yourself breakfast, which is sometimes complimentary at other hotels was about $16.00 per person; we ate out. We do belong to the hotel club, however we were informed that since we purchased our hotel reservations through Expedia (a third party) we were not eligible for any amenities that club members get other than accumulating points. Housekeeping was so-so as we usually left in the morning around 8:00-8:30 am and arrived back in the evening, and several times there were breakfast plates and used towels from the morning still in the hallways. There was also a housekeeping issue with our room that I was able to resolve with local management. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, in a great area with polite and helpful employees, but having stayed here on several other occasions, we left this stay feeling a bit disappointed.

Poor customer service. When we checked in we asked for a crib and they said they’d bring one up. No crib led to a horrible night’s sleep. We asked again the next day and they said they were out. They could not offer us any money back, although we included our baby when we made the reservation. There were dirty room service dishes outside of our door when we arrived to our room that were left there the entire first day. Will not stay here again.

Room cold and the air conditioner blew cold air at me. I finally had to block it off with pillows.

The hotel accommodations were above average but certainly not in keeping with the nightly room rate. The most disappointing aspect of this day was the breakfast the following morning. The service was poor, the food even worse and this put a damper on the entire stay. On a positive note however, the front desk staff was quite helpful and friendly on arrival.

Need free breakfast!!!!! After paying that much for a room you’d think it wouldn’t cost $17 for a ham and cheese croissant, but alas.

Need better restaurant service. Need new beds without center concavity

The elevator on one side was broken for a few days . So it took sometime trying to get where u you needed to go .

Amazing hotel, super soft beds and friend staff. They also have an amazing half inside half outside pool.

Great experience. Clean and staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience

The property was well maintained, the room was comfortable and the location was excellent. However, the best part of the Lake Oswego Crown Plaza was the staff. They were to a person, friendly, helpful, and industrious. We got some excellent recommendations from the concierge on Vista House and Mt. St. Helens. The general manager's office is right outside the elevators so if we had an issue, which we did not, he was easily accessible. He routinely worked 12 hour days and one Friday night I saw him on the job at 11:00PM. WOW!
