Since there is no hot breakfast available (restaurant closed d/t covid) would be good to have microwave in the room. Appreciated the frig.

The room was very nice and spacious, and the place smelled good--I enjoy that! But there was no restaurant, no breakfast, nothing extra because everything was closed down.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location. I was a good stay for us and I might stay there again.

Discovered a small water leak in our room that kept the carpet wet

Nice property and updates was an enjoyable stay and the staff were friendly . This hotel has easy access to I5 for travel proposes

For a more upscale hotel, I would definitely expect beds larger than a double. I’ve never been to a hotel with beds smaller than a queen. My husband and I barely fit in the bed together. It was utterly ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel just based on this fact. The main reason I’m here is for sleep & it was not a good nights sleep.

The room was great! Food was good. Service was alright

From the outside it looks like nothing great but inside is super nice! My room was so clean!! Comfortable bed, couch, clean bathroom. The room had a little balcony with chairs that over looked the pool which was neat. The gym has a couple treadmills, bike, elliptical, cable machine(missing attachments which was disappointing, a bench &variety of dumbbells. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Will definitely stay here again.

I did not like that there was not a microwave in my room, or that the shower door would not stay closed. I did like the spacious bathroom.

Check-in staff were rude, our two bed was not ready at 5 PM when our check in time was 11, and i was charged $10 more dollars then I was supposed to. Clean hotel, but was very disappointed in the quality of food, the Hilton you get complimentary breakfast no matter the cost of the room.

The facility overall was good except they dont offer in-room safe.

Very nice facility and staff They offered us free breakfast buffet on 2 days Which I thought was exceptional service!

I believe this is our fourth stay at Crown Plaza in Lake Oswego,. There is a really great, and safe walking neighborhood around the hotel, and the hotel provides a map for walkers and runners which I like. There is always water in the lobby in two pretty closed glass containers with fruit to flavor it which I also like. In past stays we were provided breakfast tickets for free breakfast. This time breakfast had to be purchased; the nice serve yourself breakfast, which is sometimes complimentary at other hotels was about $16.00 per person; we ate out. We do belong to the hotel club, however we were informed that since we purchased our hotel reservations through Expedia (a third party) we were not eligible for any amenities that club members get other than accumulating points. Housekeeping was so-so as we usually left in the morning around 8:00-8:30 am and arrived back in the evening, and several times there were breakfast plates and used towels from the morning still in the hallways. There was also a housekeeping issue with our room that I was able to resolve with local management. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, in a great area with polite and helpful employees, but having stayed here on several other occasions, we left this stay feeling a bit disappointed.

Poor customer service. When we checked in we asked for a crib and they said they’d bring one up. No crib led to a horrible night’s sleep. We asked again the next day and they said they were out. They could not offer us any money back, although we included our baby when we made the reservation. There were dirty room service dishes outside of our door when we arrived to our room that were left there the entire first day. Will not stay here again.
