Appears to be a Motel 6 that has been polished into a Holiday Inn…. For some reason the pool is still not available. Won’t be coming back.
Overall, clean and spacious. Staffs helpful.

The parking lot was away from a busy road but the pool had mold and black furry stuff growing in it from not being maintained. Shame on management for allowing this to happen regardless of whether or not swimming isn't allowed during COVID. The toxins and bacteria in the piping as well as the unmaintained pool could be a serious health hazard to your employees and future guests when it reopens. I almost canceled our reservation. It's an eye sore.
The Holiday Inn Express South-Lake Oswego was situated perfectly for our needs located conveniently right off of I-5. And though we had business in downtown Portland, the drive was still only 20 minutes and everything worked out beautifully.
Good price, great location friendly staff. Big rooms and comfortable beds and pillows.
Close enough to the Moda center for concerts. Saw Panic! At The Disco at the Moda center and it only took about 10 to 15 minutes to drive there with very light traffic. It was an amazing concert, Brendon Urie out did himself once again and I love his version of Bohemian Rhapsody.
I stayed three nights and found this to be a good hotel in a convenient location. In addition to good freeway access, the hotel is adjacent to two restaurants and a gas station with a convenience store. My one minor negative comment is the parking lot is a little small and spaces are tight.
Hotel staff are warm and welcoming, especially the manager, she always remembers us and our granddaughter, we love her!
