This hotel is perfectly located if you need to go to the Moda center or Memorial center. We had a few issues with our faucet, the hot tub did not have bubbles, pool is not heated, and the area around the hotel is rough. The food was excellent, the staff at the restaurant was amazing. The bar was packed on Friday for the concert. We waited and waited and eventually had to leave as we were in a time crunch. As we left the bar tender approached us and apologized and offered us free breakfast the next day. She was amazing! Our room was nice. But we felt that the hotel has slipped a bit over the years.
