I was blindsided by the fact that you charge for parking! I was not informed of this until the next day. I put a lot of people up at this Marriott location on a yearly basis ( I had not stayed there myself recently) an am likely to reconsider where I recommend.

$14 for a breakfast sandwich? Or $8.50 for a bagel ? Maybe you would haw more people wanting to stay if you considered people and their money instead of Your own profits. Charging 8,50 for a bagel it buying to packages of 5 at the store. Or three breakfast sandwiches at McDonald’s. And then charging $10 a day to Park your car there when you’re staying there. And then $100 for deposit each night. There is absolutely nothing in the room other than the tv that is worth $100.

Arrived at PDX. Hotel Transportation provided to and from airport - a great convenience. The hotels only a short distance from the airport. Rental cars and public transit are available near the baggage claim area. The hotel property itself was nice, grounds were clean, and plenty of parking is available. Nightly parking fees are minimal but can rack up quite quickly on extended visits. Room was not available upon arrival. However, our luggage was tagged and held at the hotel so we could explore the area until our room was ready for check-in. The general area surrounding the hotel was very busy and seems to be a main point of entry, not just from downtown Portland but also from the Washington side along the Columbia River. Walking the area is possible but poses general risks due to the traffic -- Fitness center, restaurant, Starbucks, gift shop/ grocery store, and Business center are some of the amenities on site at the property. While we were glad the restaurant was on site, specifically, the Starbucks, hours of availability are limited. Please note that Expedia reports Starbucks being open 24 hours a day which is not accurate.... Unfortunately I'm somewhat of a coffee junkie so not having Java available 24/7 was a huge letdown. Our room was very spacious and clean. Amenities are available in the rooms including hair dyer, refrigerator, room, safe, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, etc. coffee and tea are also provided in the rooms. Overall the property was nice.
