Such a nice place in the Pearl district, close to everything downtown. Lots of art galleries in the neighborhood, and a park across the street, with food carts and a double-decker bus/pub 2 blocks away. Staff was VERY helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely, large, and well equipped. The shades were great for privacy or light control. We had a great view (6th floor) of the park and streets below.

A thousand dollars worth of jewelry that was left on the bed disappeared from the hotel room we were staying at. I have had to call the hotel repeatedly to get any updates on my missing jewelry and frankly did not get any sense that this was taken seriously or that the appropriate actions were taken. Still waiting on the hotel to provide documentation of their efforts so I can file a police report.
