A disappointing but overall acceptable stay
Overall, we'd likely seek other Portland accommodations or a hotel due to the extra effort this rental required. The property had a "renovated flip" or "open house" vibe with inexpensive furnishings, not a welcoming home. The "luxury homes" real estate sign greeting you at the driveway exacerbated this.Upon arrival, we found ants on kitchen counters/sink, and later in the master bath/bedroom. After about 20 hours, the owner asked us to buy ant spray (reimbursed), a significant inconvenience as we had food for cooking and we had booked schedules.Photos were a bit deceiving. Omitted were an unfinished concrete room (mold, spiders) and an unfinished garage walkthrough to access the bottom rooms. Walls/floors were thin with poor sound isolation. We noted ceiling stains, unpatched holes, chipped flooring, paint/sealant on tile, crooked plumbing, in-room drain cleanouts, and a screw in the driveway—all signs of hasty work. Bathroom amenities were empty/diluted with water, forcing us to buy our own. Furniture quality was dorm/IKEA level.Positives: The location was convenient for Portland/Vancouver and felt safe. The host did reimburse for the ant spray, and we did not find any other infestation issues like bed bugs. However, the numerous issues made our stay stressful. Luckily we were very busy and out and about for most of the trip.

Great Family House
Had a great stay at this place with our family. The big kitchen made it easy for us all to cook together and it was well sticked with the things you always forget to buy when traveling. The Rec room was super nice and we spent a lot of time playing in there. Overall a great stay and we'd definitely rent this place again!

Perfect for our women's group
The large living room and spare meeting spaces worked well for us. The kitchen was well appointed, and there is a second fridge downstairs. The parking worked well, the beds were generally comfortable. There are stairs to get to the main level, but once on the main level someone with limited mobility could get around to all the important spaces. The neighborhood was away from stores and restaurants, but was quiet and felt safe for walking. I would not recommend staying here if I was going to have a noisy group as it would be disruptive to neighbors. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Close to airport but not Central air
It was very clean and check-in and check-out instructions were easy to understand and reasonable. The beds were comfortable and there were appropriate amenities for clothing storage (lots of hangers, thank you). The play and entertainment spaces were inviting and well cared for. Having a bunk bed on the floor was ideal for our toddler. The outdoor space had beautiful vegetation and the view was delightful from the deck. There was not central air for the entire house. Two of the main floor bedrooms just had fans, which would be fine if you can open the window but allergies would not allow. Also the hammocks were not hung up as listed in the picture. I asked the owner about them but never had a response.
Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the home.

Wonderful girls' retreat
We really enjoyed our stay last weekend! The home was really clean with a modern decor. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of sleeping options. There was a small amount of traffic noise and airport noise that we noticed occasionally; but the location was a beautiful green oasis at the end of a quiet street. The home was near Vancouver and the Columbia River Gorge, with shopping and dining close by.

Vancouver Home
Overall this property was very nice. The lower level was pretty cold, so we were not able to use it. We did visit during an ice storm, so I believe it would be easily utilized in the spring, summer and fall. The property has a slight grade down to the entrance from the driveway because of the ice storm we were unable to get our vehicle out without contacting the host. They did bring over a shovel and try to help with the problem. The property is clean. It was nice. He’d be able to use the washer and dryer.

Family Trip
My family of 5 and my sister's family of 4 stayed at this home. We were stunned with the modern look of the home and appreciated how it was set up for family time together. The living room was spacious and had plenty of seating for us to watch a movie together. The dining room fit all of us to eat a meal together. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and tools to cook and eat at the home. The games and workout room were cool, but to be honest, we did not stay downstairs and use them; maybe if we stayed longer, but we spent most of our time upstairs or exploring the area. It was close enough to interesting sites such as Portland, the coast, Multnomah Falls, but far enough from the bustle and traffic. My husband and I visited downtown Vancouver, (lots of choices for food and drinks) and Fort Vancouver. I would highly recommend this home for big families.
