I was misinformed and told one price for the incidental hold and upon arriving told it was $250!!! And top of that the jacuzzi was ice Cold. Not enjoyable at all!! Very dissapointed

Reserved a king room but was given 2 double beds. Went back and spoke with Jazman who was very polite and really tried to solve the issue. She offered a king accessible room bit I did not feel right taking that from someone who might need it. She did comp us breakfast but that doesnot make up for lost sleep. Reservations made almost a year ago. Very fristeating

The room was small and smelled like smoke. Even the lobby had a stale odor. Coffee from the coffee maker tasted toxic, we think it was from using the water from tap. Tried the coffe downstairs it was still awful. I have stayed at similar hotels in the area. Same price and included breakfast and was a much better stay overall. Not even a cookie when you check in. Will not be back.
