The hotel is a bit worn down and could use cleaning. My room was dirty, especially the floor and shower floor. The bed was completely sunken in and the pillows were lifeless. After a very long drive I didn’t get a good nights sleep. The only thing good was the variety at breakfast and the breakfast staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my muffin. I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice overall stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a variety of options. There’s a restaurant next door another within walking distance. It sits across the street from a hospital and close to the turnpike and interstate. My only complaint was the bed and it’s totally a preference thing but it was too soft. I like a firmer bed. Other than that, the room was comfortable enough. Housekeeping comes every other day unless requested and I would definitely stay here again.

Room was not cleaned when we arrived. They were fully booked so had to wait for them to clean it, which they dis and apologized for the inconvenience. Heating system would bot work so could not change temp of room.

This was a convenient stop on our trip. The staff were welcoming. The parking lot was plowed frequently, which was nice since we got several inches of snow over night. Cleanliness left something to be desired - sheets and towels were clean, but the whole hotel needs a deep clean.
