The breakfast was same foods every day, coffee just like the warm water. I stayed for 3 nights and they don’t have housekeeping cleaning unless I make a request,the bath tub is slippery just like it has some oil drops in there. And I have charged for the WiFi 5$ , I thought it supposed to give me free WiFi.Every time I come to visit Pittsburgh I always stay here,but this trip is very disappointed

The front desk staff was wonderful. They signed us up for the reqards program and informed us how to get discounts when staying there in the future. Breakfast was delicious, and changed daily-lived the waffles.

Please sir, can I have some soap?

We stayed 5 nights for a family event and had multiple rooms. The hotel was nice, modern and in a good location...BUT..they never once serviced any of our rooms. If you needed towels, you had to ask, if you needed body wash or shampoo (everything seemed to be out in multiple rooms) you had to ask. If you needed tissues or bathroom tissue, you had to ask. They gave us 1.5 rolls of very flimsy paper and expected it to last 5 days with two people in the room. And when they delivered the fresh towels as we requested, they never took the pile of used wet ones out. It was very frustrating. When we asked why their response was...well did you ask us to do it? So if you want ANY type of service you need to beg..I mean ask. The front desk staff was a bit of a challenge as well. We either got rude attendants - one literally yelled at my husband on day three - 'Hey you, are you checking in or what?' (insert nasty tone) as he stood in the lobby waiting for me to come in from parking the car. That said, there were a few that were very nice. More that were not. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. All in all it was a very mixed bag.

It was typical room when I first went in there was a musty smell it didn’t go away for some time. But I only stayed one night and the smell went away or I got used to it. Staff was very friendly. Is this one of the best I’ve stayed at no but not the worst either.

The noise from the hallway and generator outside made it next to impossible to sleep. It was loud. It never fails-whenever I book a Marriott property thru Expedia they put me in the noisiest and worst possible room. It was a lot of $$ for a sleepless night.
