Al llegar al hotel y hacer el check in, me cobraron 10 dólares demás que no se me explicó en la aplicación de Expedia. Y dijeron que como Expedia no les pagaba a ello el total pues por eso teníamos que pagar ese dinero demás.

Upon arrival the girl who was working the front desk was sitting on the couch in the lobby. She got us checked in and we went up to our room which we had a little trouble finding as it wasnt numbered on the wall plaque or by the door. We get inside to find that the "cable tv" that was advertised was nonexistent along with the fact that the also advertised wifi did not work as well. The main reason for booking this particular room was because of the jacuzzi tub that was pictured, well there was a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom but the jets did not work, so at this point we started calling the front desk and ofc course no answer. I proceeded to call several times but still no answer. So I ended up having to add hotspot to my cellphone plan just so we could watch tv. The next morning we go down to try to discuss the issues with someone, but to no surprise no one was ever at the front desk. There was a sign that stated " be back in 10 mins" that remained up our entire stay. Even upon checking out noone was at the desk. So the sign that stated be back in 10 minutes had a phone number that i called the next morning in which a guy answered and i asked about the jacuzzi tub jets not working and he proceeds to tell me that " we did not rent this room for jacuzzi tub, we rented it for the "mountain view"" so I tell him the reason I rented was because the jacuzzi tub was pictured in the advertisement for the room. He says ma'am we turn the switch off for the tubs because water is too much

The room had stink bugs, and lady bugs in it . We got them out . The shower knob worked sometimes to get hot water but most of the time not . There was gum on the side of the toilet. Breakfast was suppose to be at 745-9. The lady showed up late both days . There was no meat or eggs, just biscuits, gravy and potatoes. My husband asked for some milk for his coffee at the desk and the lady said she did not know if they had some . When I asked the lady over the food, if she had any more biscuits , she was very rude. The place was very run down. The elevator had cus words etched in it . But the beds were comfortable, I’ll give them that .

Room was dirty. dust and spider webs in room, staff was unavailable, no room service, breakfast was horrible, very little breakfast, waffle iron has grease build up. Front desk was not manned, so much for security. Ice and drink machines were not working. Do not recommend at all.

They charged an additional property fee that I had already paid when booking online. The room is very small, and although I was charged per person for a room that accommodates five, we only received two towels and two pillows. The guest in the room next door was yelling profanity, and we could hear everything. I requested a room change because of this, but they did not move us, nor did they provide the additional pillows we needed.

When I checked in the room had a huge patch of mold growing on the carpet. It was 6 PM and there was 52 rooms still dirty hadn’t been cleaned yet.

Upon arrival and parking there was trash all over the only area with open parking spots. After checking in and getting to our room there was a roach crawling up the wall which I killed. We placed all of luggage on bench in the center of room away from walls. The fridge has a yellowish substance in it, DIDN'T USE. My daughter saw another roach on wall behind lamp. After she and I calmed, I used restroom and discovered a stink bug on one of the bed pillows. The sliding door was not able to be closed all the way leaving maybe a quarter inch open. Discovered a few ghats in the window. The free breakfast was another horrible experience. If we had not just needed to sleep to continue road trip and the room was non refundable. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Great location Bad hotel old, dirty poor bad breakfast, no hot water in my room bathroom full of roaches both rooms i rented smelling bad a/c no working front desk girl said my boss knows we having issues other client said i want a refund i will not stay my child will be getting asthma with all this mole . These rooms need attention. We rented 8 rooms for a group trip. We had to change 2 sets of sheets. All the bathroom towels were discolored in every room. They're "cream" instead of white from old stains. One room didn't have a safety lock at all, one room's safety lock was below the lock so it didn't work. Breakfast was just okay. No protein options. Biscuits, eggs, waffle, spoiled milk, and old bread that's left out uncovered. Nighttime staff preferred to use foul language every time our group of teenagers talked to her. The owner/boss gentleman was very nice and friendly and tried to help when there.

Not the front desk staffs fault, and there was nothing they could do, but the first room they checked us into had pieces of the ceiling which was rotted and water damaged falling onto the comforter when we walked in and the air felt very heavy. Mold/water issues galore. The only other room they had to check us into was the one next to it. Air also heavy in there and some issues in there with the closet ceiling falling down and the closet door leaning/off track unable to even close that fully. It smelt heavy in the whole hotel and my son is very sensitive to mold bc of previous mold exposure, can not chance that so we asked to be checked out. Their NO refund policy or ability to authorize a refund is unacceptable the owner can not just keep a moldy hotel and not offer refunds to people who can not breathe in that atmosphere well. If the owner doesn’t refund it, I will petition my credit company to, and if hotels.com doesn’t refund this after we had to spend WAY more than I planned to last minute find something else door to door at 10+pm…I’ll start booking direct and be done with hotels.com too. Nearby hotels couldn’t help bc they had no rooms available but get a lot of people coming from that hotel with issues so yall should note that and not even offer rooms from them on your site until they renovate and fix their issues over there!

No one was hardly at the desk. You had to call a number to get someone to come to desk. The room we stayed in had a hole in the wall. It’s a good place for night stay but I’ve been in better hotels.

I contacted the manager through the email that I was provided at the time of my stay and the reply to the email was "I will look into it and get back with you" and it doesn't take long to look into my concerns but my initial concern was that there were "sugar" ants in my room. My daughters had hot chocolate that they left no longer than 30 minutes and there were ants all over the cup, there were ants crawling inside the marshmallows, and there were stink bugs and ladybugs in the room as well as gnats. Then some of the lamps did not have light bulbs so it was hard to see in there unless it was daytime and you could open the curtains. It took so long for the hot water to heat up and we were only on the 4th floor, then you could only use the hot water because if you used cold water it would get instantly cold making the shower unbearable. The toilet was leaking and "running" every few minutes making it difficult to relax and enjoy being away. The pool had green water in it and the hot tub was BARELY warm and this was the indoor pool. I didn't even feel comfortable with my daughter getting in it because the water should have been clear. The entire reason I booked this hotel was so they could swim. Then the fitness center and business center were locked it was 7pm when we arrived and it was locked the entire time. There was no manager on duty the entire time I stayed there. The stay was subpar to say the least if I could give it negative 5 stars I would.

Well I contacted expedia( got insurance $22.00 , I paid) they want to charge me to settle dispute??!?! Vista suites , well started off on nov10 - ask young girl what was for breakfast- said eggs! Then we came down “ no eggs” gust 4 stale biscuits??? We went to restaurant!!!! Also waffle makers were covered in grease/ not clean!’ Then talked to manager- said he would fix breakfast said would have eggs Nov 11 . Well young girl jump u warm some eggs , which couldn’t eat threw in trash, went to ihop— no complimentary breakfasts!! Lie! No room service all 4 days- nov10– nov14 !!! No room service all 4 days , had to ask to get towels??? Manager said he was going to give me a 20 percent discount- got home He has gave me no discount/ another lie — Bad experience!!! And me and wife were the only gusts at hotel- the only room Occupied?????
