The room was clean but dated. The front staff were kind and friendly, and the breakfast staff were attentive. Location was perfect for our trip to Dollywood, we decided on the trolly. The breakfast was in another wing of the building, sadly eggs and sausage are served on alternating days.. eggs m-w-f and sausage t-th. Another miss was having to put change into the ice machine to get ice.

Night staff on 01/11/2026 absolutely horrified. Was told pool closed at 9:00 p.m. but was already closed at 8:30p.m. even though sign said 11:00 p.m. Even was rudely talked down to so saying Sunday is weekday apparently now. Been here many times WILL NEVER BE BACK EVER
Pool hours before there ripped down and changed. Notice the pool doesnt open until after you check out. DO NOT WASTE YPUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!
All we could watch on this TV in the Junior Suite we over payed for. Immigrant man spoke no English and never fixed it both times I gave up.
Bug skins found after stay as well. 😒🤢🤮
A random hole cheaply repaired. Right beside your bed for you to look at all night.
