Was a great spot with kids!Really clean rooms. The treasure chest was a great bonus. Water park did the trick for the kids. We have a pool at home, so I felt a little like human soup with the crouded hot tub.

This place was wonderful. The best place to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Lots of different things to do! Swim, Eat, Arcade Games and Gem Mining! Very easy access to get to everything. The rooms were so clean and very cozy!

The room was clean and the staff was great. Hotel has been remodeled in the last couple years and lots of additions have been made like an indoor water park and attractions for children. The rooms are still lacking a little though. There was no microwave, no coffee maker and the shower had warm water..not hot..warm. If you are looking for somewhere to take your kids for a fun time with reasonable rates this is a great place. Do not expect much more than that.

Stay was great. Nice rooms. Balcony room view of mountains was great. Everything for kids to do was definitely overpriced but convenient. Water park was good, especially for kids. Pool was only 4.5 foot deep in the deepest part but that was great for kids. Would definitely stay again.

The indoor waterpark doesn’t really have much at all in comparison to others. It was definitely disappointing. The breakfast restaurant’s food doesn’t come out looking anything like advertised and very small portions for the price. The arcade is ridiculously overpriced which I know is common. At least the free kids’ activities were a nice little addition to the day. The Christmas decorations throughout were beautiful.Overall, it was a decent stay but we have had many much better experiences in Pigeon Forge and wouldn’t recommend this one over the competitors.
