Family loved the pool and hot tub. There were not enough chairs outside. only two chairs on the deck for a family vacation. Two chairs downstairs pool area and deck combined. Wife did not like not having anywhere to hang clothing, no dressers in bedrooms.Overal everyone enjoyed the stay.

Everything was as described! We loved how close it was to town and the space was very roomy! We wish the pool was heated but it wasn’t a deal breaker and the kids powered through! We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

It was a very nice property overall. You will get your exercise going up and down the stairs! It was very close to everything we needed to do— about two or three minutes from the grocery store and all parkway activities. Everything (except the hot tub) seemed pretty clean.The only thing we didn’t know was the property is right across the street from a sanitation department! If the wind was blowing wrong, there was an awful smell that seeped even through the windows and smelled like vomit…

Great stay-house was very nice, pretty mountain view. Easy to get to, easy drive to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Kitchen was well supplied. Couple small housekeeping needs were addressed quickly. Overall, very responsive, easy check in/out.

The cabin was in a great location and very clean, but there were some broken seats in the theater room. Also, we were told there would be a Christmas tree in the cabin as this was our family Christmas celebration and there wasn’t a tree. No kind of decoration for the holiday. The host was very quick to answer questions, but there weren’t any closets in any of the bedrooms. Only 1 bathroom had a double vanity. There weren’t any kind of checkout instructions either. The kids did enjoy the pool even though the adults thought it was too cold and the hot tub was up to temperature by the second day.

The location and house were absolutely beautiful. The few minor issues found during checkin were immediately handed by the property owner. The only "negative" was the tabletops needed a wipe down from cleaning residue and the entertainment seating needs to be updated.Also, as a bonus my family is positive that house is haunted. We had some very interesting and unexplainable paranormal activities happen during our stay. It was fantastic and added to the overall experience.

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to have stayed longer. The house is very nice, comfortable and was very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The entire process for the reservation from start to finish went very smoothly.My grandson was playing baseball at The Cal Ripken Experience and the location of the house was perfect for this event and kept us from having to be in the mainstream of traffic regularly.We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the cabin was great - ample space for our party of 12, kids loved the pool and I appreciated the little notes throughout the property, specifically details on why the fridge takes a bit to cool and how to ensure the hot tub is set correctly. The owners are very responsive to messages and were helpful throughout our stay. We did struggle to get the coffeemaker to work (might need just a cleaning cycle), but there was an extra 12 cup machine that we were able to use. Kitchen was well appointed for us to cook a large breakfast.One thing that would be helpful are some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang towels, it would’ve kept us from using so many. We would stay again!

Dollywood trip with family

Group of 14 and we had an amazing time. The property was as advertised and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was a hit with the kids and the adults loved the hot tub! Communication with the host was great, very responsive to our needs (we could t figure out the kitchen lights and knob on the dryer was broke). Overall a great place to stay!!
