Extremely clean. It's a full apartment like hotel room with a full kitchen, complete with a washer and dryer. A few minor issues, which they were made aware of. First one of the rods used to pull the blind closed was off and the glass shelf in the shower was bent and falling. The biggest issue and was a HUGE safety issue is the entrance door to the room was not aligned correctly and it could be opened without a key by pushing on it. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

Staff was polite & helpful, common areas were clean, safe & well maintained. My room was clean, decorated nicely & bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all & the blackout curtain was hanging off the track so even when I closed it all the way, light still came on bec it was broken at the top. I couldn’t reach it to fix it myself, kitchenette was appropriate for the room but strangely enough there was only one spoon in the cutlery drawer, obviously the previous guest stole the extras & they never replaced them, as there was 4 of all other cutlery options. Pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. Unfortunately there was some left over dog poop just outside the back exit from guests being lazy & not picking it up. All in all, it was a good stay & I would recommend it to anyone needing a few nights stay in north PHX without breaking the bank.
