Hands down the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. The experience starts before you even arrive; the street leading there is lined with shopping carts & groups of people hanging around, which immediately set off alarm bells. Pulling into the open parking lot I already felt uneasy about leaving my car overnight, but since the stay was non-refundable we pressed on. Check-in is done through a “night box” because the area is so rough you can’t enter the lobby. Fine, except the intercom didn’t work so we’re yelling through thick glass. To top it off, the man checking us in was unbelievably rude. Our room was clearly marked non-smoking, yet the smell of old cigarettes hit us instantly. Not “someone just smoked” but deeply embedded, years-of-smoke-in-the-walls bad. The room itself was bleak: bare walls, visible cords everywhere & the absolute minimum effort in furnishings. The bathroom felt straight out of a horror movie - dirty shower, toilet paper not even on the roll, cracked floors, no counter space & a pedestal sink. While the towels looked clean, spotting a flea on the wall & a cockroach disappearing into the cracked floor was truly the cherry on top. The bed had one thin sheet & one scratchy blanket covered in cigarette burns. Yes I checked for bed bugs - thankfully none, but that’s about the only positive. There’s a reason this place is nearly half the price of everything nearby. It makes Motel 6 feel like a luxury resort. If you have kids, stay far away. If I hadn’t been with

One of the worst rooms, places Ive come across. I should have checked more about it prior to booking. They did refund my charges with no issues. I wont bash but it was not a good experience on the room it's self. Both individuals that helped me were great.
