For four days, basic housekeeping standards were not met. Our room was not cleaned, the bed was not made, and trash was not removed, towels not replaced even after multiple calls requesting service. As a family that keeps an orderly home and makes our beds daily, I certainly do not expect to have to do so while staying at a four-star property. What was most disappointing was not just the lapse in service, but the repeated need to follow up on commitments that were made. When a resolution is offered, I expect it to be handled promptly and without additional effort on my part. That consistency is part of the brand promise. As a Hilton Honors member, I chose this property with an expectation of reliability and elevated service. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect that standard and was a real downer for our precious family time away. We had to move rooms 4 times and things were still not satisfactory. We were promised by two different parties to have the resort fees waived and that didn’t happen and I have a new charge on my bill since we left that I have no idea what it is for. Never again.

Very happy with the resort very clean rooms great pools. Only minor issue was door safety lock on the room door was damage and ineffective and room could have used another waste basket. But would still definitely stay there again.

Staff was not very helpful out of 6 nights our room was only cleaned 1 time we had to beg and wait hours for fresh towels. Customer service was horrible. Very outdated and beds and pillows were horrible. Food on site was very overpriced and not worth it. Location is beautiful but needs updates and better customer service. Not at all worth the money we paid! High dollar motel at best

Great experience! Rooms were clean nice and big. The hotel was stunning, they have a variety of pools around the resort. The hotel was just beautiful and staff was nice and every time you request something in less then 5 minutes they will nock on your door. Wes are so happy that we chose Hilton Tapatio Cliffs resort.
