We had a fantastic stay at this home in Peoria for spring training! The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made it stand out were the amenities—our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, putting green, pool, and game room. There was never a dull moment, and it made the trip especially memorable for the whole family.The host was also outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful with every question we had, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent property for a large group. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities the property has to offer. We cooked a complete Christmas Family Turkey Dinner for 16

Definitely what you read

I want to say that this place was what we needed as we were a group of teachers and students attending a conference. It was clean, spacious and had gracious hosts. I would definitely stay in one of their properties in the future.

We had a great time celebrating Christmas early with most of our family! There were fun things for all ages to do! I think every game and activity was used by at least one person. The host checked in often to make sure everyone was having a good time. My son is already thinking about renting it again.

Great spot for a group with a lot to do and plenty of space. We had a group of 12 and had plenty of space. The backyard is amazing and the house was clean with bedding and towels for everyone

Was a great location for us and a house with extremely comfortable beds. Check in at 4 and leave by 10 seems like a very short window. And there is no flexibility to change the time. We had some people arriving at noon and it would have been helpful to let them in early. Also to get 10 people showered, dressed and packed and out the door by 10 was challenging.

Fantastic place for our large family gathering

We were looking for the perfect place to stay for our large out-of-town family and friends group that were all traveling to attend our daughter's wedding. The place, the ammenities, that activities, and the space were PERFECT! We swam, we competed in pocket pool tournaments, we had large family meals outside by the pool. It was amazing. Having so much space for everyone to spread out was great. I highly reccommend this rental. It was beautiful, clean, and easy to book.

Core family memories!

Amazing property with all the things! We had kids ranging from 9-19 and they all loved it! The basement was a little warm and would have liked to of seen another portable fan. The pool cleaner also showed while we were swimming but was able to reschedule. Otherwise it was an amazing property and would highly recommend.!

Amazing property

Really hard to as there were so many great things. The back yard was amazing. The house was cleaned and properly maintained with plenty of admentites for a large group. Eating and cooking supplies was very good. The communication the our host was amazing. She promptly returned my questions within minutes. The house beat our expectations by a mile. Awesome house...
