Ground Unit in the Perfect area off the Green Belt across from Stone Creek Golf Course. Large Front and Back Patio. Open floor plan with Large master bedroom with walk-in master shower. Second bedroom with a full bath just a few steps away. This unit is 3 doors down from the pool. Its a very quiet small community so coffee in the morning and dinners at night outside are very enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect for the two of us and centrally located. There is just about every retail store you can imagine just down Cactus less than a mile away. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio and were even brave enough to get in the pool (not heated) during our stay. The condo has everything we needed, and Lindsay was very helpful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was awesome! Had everything we needed! Perfect location if you are traveling for the Mayo Clinic’s! Close to Phoenix airport, about 45 mins away from Mesa Airport. Location was perfect for shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

We came to Phoenix for a two week getaway and some golf. This unit was in a quite part of town ideally located to the expressway, shopping and golf. There are several grocery stores conveniently located near the property. Also, many good restaurants in the surrounding area.
