This was the perfect house for our family vacation to the Phoenix area. The hosts contacted us when we checked in to welcome us. The home is spacious, sparkling clean and we enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the pool during our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood!

Wow!

Nice large home. Lots of amenities. Central A/C that worked well for all areas. Quiet gated neighborhood. The house had a new feel. The quality of the furniture and kitchen cabinets and appliances were top notch. Not shown in the pictures was a classic game console with oldies like Pac-man, Frogger, Space Invaders, and Donkey Kong. Response to our communications with the management was quick. Lots of shopping close by; 20-30 min to downtown Phoenix. Great place to stay.

Perfect setting!

Our trip consisted of my husband and I and my parents who are in their late 70s and early 80s. The home was very clean, spacious, inviting, and overall perfect for our five days for holiday travel. Our daughter lives in Leveen as well. So the distance was perfect. I would highly recommend this place. If we were to need more space again, so to allow more people to come in to celebrate the holidays with our daughter, I would definitely rent this again. The host did a great job communicating the details.

Excellent property with plenty of space to accommodate all your needs. The property is well maintained with spacious bedrooms and the family room/Kitchen area provides abundant space for everyone. Also an extremely comfy couch to nap on!

Heat Retreat

We were visiting from Wisconsin for a friend’s 50th birthday celebration. The property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well maintained.The pool was a godsend given temps were over 105! We would definitely consider staying here again if the need arises.

Clean and spacious home

We stayed here for 6 nights with another couple. The house was very clean, well equipped and very spacious. Location was perfect for what we were doing. Pretty much 30 minutes from most of the major cities. It is also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outside area in the backyard was perfect for the 4 of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a really nice stay at this wonderful property! We spent 7 days relaxing in the pool and enjoying the sunshine. It was far enough away from the bustle of the city but close enough to shopping and attractions. It includes all the amenities of home with a wonderful kitchen for cooking at home.

Perfection!

We had a small group of friends who rented the house to have a home base for a festival we went to over new years. The house was incredible! Very clean, comfortable, organized... The hosts were very well communicative and helpful, even when I accidentally messed up a request. They took the time and patience to help us get what we wanted with no hesitation! Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a gorgeous home in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood.

Fantastic home! Quiet neighborhood

This home is large and open and beautiful. It had plenty of space for 3 grown adults. The pool was great on a hot day. We did stay during a dust storm and the house team was very attentive at keeping in touch with us and getting it cleaned up. Neighborhood is extremely quiet and clean. Only about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Would stay again!

Getaway in the desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laveen - the house was amazingly beautiful. Big kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling. The two main bedrooms were great for two two couples - it even had one more bedroom with two twin beds (which we didn't need). We ended up doing more driving than we thought because most of our activities took us to Scottsdale but Laveen is nice and quiet and the community was clean. The house was close to grocery stores which was convenient. The owner and manager were very quick to respond and we were given very clear instructions upon arrival and what was expected when we departed. Highly recommend this home.

This place has EVERYTHING!!

We came for a family wedding and it was perfect! The home is well designed, luxurious and comfortable. The bedding and towels are top notch. The outdoor space is private with comfy furniture and plenty of space for yoga and poolside fun. We would definitely come back!
