Stayed here because it was a short walk (~0.6 miles) from Ak-Chin Pavillion. Very convenient vs. fighting the traffic after a concert. It's a budget hotel in a not-so-great area, so we had low expectations going in, just hoping for a clean bed to crash in for the night. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-kept appearance of the hotel. Staff was nice, room was adequate/clean, free breakfast was basic as expected but a nice touch nonetheless. No complaints other than the cost was higher than you would expect for budget accommodations, but I'm sure that was related to the concert event. Will likely stay here again after a concert for convenience purposes.
Only had one person working the front desk. There was a line and it took way too long to get checked in

Very clean, well-kept. Great place to stay when in town for a concert. Would stay here again. The free shuttle to the concert was great and so convenient!
There was No hot tub to complement the pool. There was only one way in or out. The west side of building had an unusable driveway
Our tv wasn’t working right, that was the only inconvenience.
Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean. A van was able to take us to a concert. Room was spacious and clean. Kennedy went above and beyond and helped carry my items to my car, as I had a pack and play, multiple bags, and my daughter. Breakfast was amazing! Overall wonderful experience.

Hotel is great but the surroundings felt very unsafe. So much so that we booked another hotel in a different area and just wrote off this hotel as a loss.
