Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough to get some good rest. Most places have a blow dryer do I didn’t pack mine, but I survived. Very roomy, A/C worked well, large refrigerator, elevator in good shape, and the coffee was good.

initial perception, good area, near auto mall and plenty of places to eat. Front desk staff, AMAZING! very friendly. first impression of the room....eek. couch was torn but repaired, still looked ugly. bed frame looks like it was a temporary frame brought in. but turns out, it was very comfortable. pillows were nice. faint smell of marijuana, which im not a fan of. room seemed very dated, but at the rate, it was pretty reasonable. this was just a place to rest during a long drive. much better rate than any others in the Phoenix area during peak season. I'd prob stay again.

Room smelled, staff was not friendly, walls are super thin so you can hear people’s conversations. Plus you don’t get new towels everyday. You have to “return them” in order to get clean ones

Staff were respectful and kind. The bed mattress wasn’t comfortable, it was thin and lumpy. The bed sheets were dirty. First night as soon as I started to move the blankets I saw so many hairs. And the bathroom sink had toothpaste splatter. No water bottles available in the room. Just the vending machine down stairs that doesn’t show it’s out of stock of an item. I had “bought” a water bottle and it showed it was out of water. Didn’t give me my money back.
