Staff was great and property is new and nice! Reason for rating was the room was a handicap room which we didn’t need but only thing available. The bed was very low to the ground and when I would try to get up the bungie board would fall in between the rails. I asked staff to change the room but during the memorial in Glendale everything was sold out. I just wish the bed was better, overall the staff was great and room was very nice and new.

Parking was nice plenty of parking. In a good area of town. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the bed. It was on a metal bedframe on a hardwood floor and moved around too much and was loud. Also the pillows were very very small.

No one avaliable to take care of front desk when arrived at 10:20pm. Finally front desk attendant opened door 10 mins later. Room was not ready. Front desk attendant had to leave desk to get room cleaned up. Waited almost an hour to receive our room. Another employee came out but was no help. I asked how much longer and responded with an attitude that he wad just arriving, and did not know anything and didn't have a way to get a hold of his co-worker. Terrible customer service and would never recommend this place to anyone.
