Stay somewhere else if you like clean towels
Beautiful property from the outside. Lobby has been renovated and is beautiful. However, the carpet in the hallways is stained and disgusting. The rooms aren’t as updated as the lobby.
The breakfast area is beautiful and recently updated but the food was awful. Not a huge selection to pick from, especially on weekends. We ended up having to eat out most days because it just wasn’t edible.
Our biggest complaint was that we stayed for 5 nights and they did not clean the room once. There are 2 very tiny trash cans in the room and the only way we could get them emptied was if we put the trash cans in the hallway with a note attached. Same with clean towels. We had to put the dirty ones in the hallway and had to go down to the front desk to request clean towels because they refused to come in and clean. They demand a deposit be paid upon check-in but they won’t even clean the rooms.
The sound of the freeway is also VERY loud at night. We were given a room on the opposite side of the hotel (farthest from the freeway) and we could still hear the traffic loud and clear. The walls must be paper thin.
Beautiful property for the most part but for how much we paid per night, we deserved better service.
