The girl at the front was amazing!! I don't remember her name because it was sort of hard to remember. Xendiaya? She had cute little buns on either side of her hair and it was blonde and brown. She was very friendly and attentive. She answered my questions when I was worried about a late check in, and was very personable the whole time. Thanks Holiday inn!

I stayed here for one night and it was honestly one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve ever been to. Everything was spotless from the moment I walked in and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was quiet, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast: great variety and a perfect start to the morning. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Phoenix area.
