This property was clean and fairly priced with very easy access to the airport and downtown Phoenix. This is the perfect, quaint little property for a couple to relax in when visiting the Phoenix area. Highly recommend.

Everything was great Jackson was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! Great location for us as I had appointments at St Joseph’s hospital which was a couple minutes away!

Everything was just great. Clean, modern, comfortable, nicely appointed. It was a short stay to visit friends and family. I would stay again when I'm back in Phoenix. Hosts were communicative through vrbo, but respectful of privacy.

Clean, nice bathroom, and kitchenette. I was surprised not to be offered a kitchen towel, tissues, or enough (non decorative) bath towels for the number of guests noted. Overall, the space was nice, and the host was very responsive. Would stay again.

The carriage house was very clean, cute, and just what we needed! It was very cool to have the welcome by the Alexa and have the fogged glass for privacy. I would stay here again.

A quaint stay in a great location.

I had a lovely stay in the carriage house. I was in Phoenix for work and needed something centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the hosts were lovely and great with communication. I’d highly recommend this stay for solo travelers.

A wonderful weekend getaway spot

We were in town for a quick weekend at a local golf tournament, and our stay was just lovely from start to finish. Seamless check-in process, a well-stocked mini-kitchen with amenities, and everything we could have needed for our short stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in town and in search of a centrally located place to rest your head while out exploring the surroundings.

Cute little hideaway!

If you are looking for a five star overnight stay, and for a quick sleep and shower, this is the place for you. Tucked away in the Encanto neighborhood, the Carriage House has a lot to offer, highly recommend!

Beautiful Cottage

My sister and I stayed one night, and we were impressed with how easy check in was and the overall quality of the place. It was extremely clean, bed very comfortable, and was stocked with everything we needed for the night. Thank you again!

Hidden Gem!

We flew in for a quick 3 day/2 night stay so we didn’t need a big place. Perfect, quiet, & safe location for a 2 day conference at the Barrow Neurological Institute, while also very close to Grand Canyon University so we could attend Parent’s Weekend. Room was luxurious & bed was heavenly. The Alexa “butler” was a super fun treat too! Would definitely stay again!

Great location for exploring Phoenix and environs

The carriage house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood within walking distance of a recreational park. It was easy to drive to ASU, restaurants, the Musical Instrument Museum and elsewhere, and parking was always available near the property. The lodging is stylish and the bed comfortable. It lacks a closet and dresser, though, and since we stayed for 4 nights, living out of suitcases got a little old. If not for that, I would give it 5 stars.

A perfect little gem of a Phoenix hideaway!

We loved it at The Midtown Carriage House. Exquisite details and beautiful design make it luxurious and elegant. Every possible element to ensure comfort and ease — wonderful bed, first class linens, nicely equipped kitchen. Plus Alexa made it easy to work the lights! The gracious host couldn't have been more accommodating, with prompt messaging and friendly communication. Our Phoenix family was impressed and so were we! Thank you for a perfect stay.

When I say this place exceeds expectations, I mean it! Everything is so well thought out and intentional. They have maximized their space and done everything possible to make the space comfortable, convenient, and even a little luxurious! It is clean and there are thoughtful touches everywhere like having Alexa greet you upon entry, an air purifier already running, and a pitcher of filtered water already chilled in the fridge! Although the space is located behind a residence, the privacy fencing provides a secluded little patio area and it feels like its own separate residence. Walkable to dining and in a great historical mid-century neighborhood. Will definitely book again if I’m in the Phoenix area!

Wonderful stay

Stayed only for a night, but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The unit is newly renewed and has everything you could wish for. Pretty cool automation system through Alexa (to control the lights, play music, etc). The shower pressure was great and easy to adjust the temperature. Bed was suuuper comfortable. You could tell that a lot of effort and attention to detail has been put in the unit. The only small suggestion is to make it a little more clear on the check-in instructions how to find the entrance to the unit. It's easy to see during the day but I arrived after sunset and couldn't find it at first glance, but the host was super quick in getting back to me and giving me the instructions. Location is excellent and convenient, near downtown and in a nice neighborhood. Parking available. wish I had stayed for longer, but thoroughly recommend this place.
