While the room fit the basic need for a short stay, it was smokey, the bathroom sink faucet dripped, and the counter top was pulling away from the wall. Staff was helpful and kind.

The hotel reception was very rude. I gave them my ID, and they asked for the guests' IDs too. I told them my son was underage. This has never happened before. They gave me a king bed, but I wanted two beds. They asked for extra payment, and I agreed, but they kept me waiting. Then they said no and gave me a room with a king bed and a sofa. The room smelled awful, and the toilet flush didn't work. The springs in the sofa bed were sticking out, making it impossible to sleep on. Those two nights were torture. I told them about the situation. Call hotel.com and tell them. I'm very tired, and because of my son's soccer tournament, I'm having a busy day, so I didn't bother. Now I regret booking such a terrible hotel. The hotel pictures are misleading.

When you’re looking through your site and asking for amenities, I put down for pet friendly, but that note was not in the reservations with the hotel, lucky I was able to leave with family in the area,

We didn’t even stay there. It was terrible and I will never recommend that business to anyone. Unorganized and wouldn’t give us a room. We had to go elsewhere and had a wonderful stay NOT using this app.

No the staff never came to bring me my towels, they could have gave them to me when i checked in but said they were going to bring them and the h didnt. The place was so ghetto and dirty I couldn’t stay there. I saw rat traps and rats running in them, drug dealers staying there, office only open 10-10 and had no bathrooms or continental breakfast, people walking B around in robes, broken down cars, manager at front desk licking her fingers and holding a baby, place was not safe and filthy. I did not stay there as I did not feel safe!
