The Casita is close to the University of Phoenix stadium, malls, parks, art and culture, hiking trails, golf courses, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love the casita because of the coziness and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Full access to backyard and pool, gym as well as the fireplace. This Casita is in a great safe neighborhood. You will have a private entrance and parking up to 3 vehicles as well as RV parking.
For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Private pools, washing machines, and fireplaces are also standard.

Suite is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Generally you have the run of the enormous back patio area and pool, a lovely piazza of brick and stone with many gorgeous plants. The pool is a cool refuge on hot afternoons, though the room itself is air conditioned. The location is quiet, even though it is close to major intersections.

Our stay at this wonderful place was delightful. The room was just right for our needs, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed opening the patio door to listen to the outside fountains, The property is a beautiful retreat to step into and relax. The hosts were so nice and welcoming. We felt at home. The room is spacious and comfortable with a nice morning view of the beautiful courtyard and water fountain. We had a nice and relaxing time. My husband loved having access to the gym which has everything you will need for a good workout. We loved our stay. It was a beautiful oasis.

My host was very welcoming and responsive right away the stay was perfect for my family and i . Pool was beautiful and the house was spacious and cozy also had enough space for food or any freezer iteams. There is a grill avaliable also and a gym. Perfect gateway and is close to outlet mall, restaurants, stadiums, walmart and area is in safe nice neighborhood. Thank you ! Will be returning again!

What a relaxing and charming spot! We were at the end of a month long road trip and wanted place to decompress. This was perfect. The decor is fun with unique touches, and the entertainment center is quite complete. As other guests have commented, sitting in the hot tub or on the patio and gazing at the stars is transformative. The host had prepared a complete notebook of info and recommendations, and made it clear he was always available if we needed him in person. Conveniently near the town and the park entrance, there is still a privacy and stillness that is remarkable. For us, the electric charger for our car was a terrific bonus!

Nice place for couples

The property and accommodations were as pictured and expected. Comfortable room and bed. Enough refrigerator space , microwave and coffee maker to accommodate our needs. Enjoyed a day by the pool and sitting in the courtyard by the fountain. Host has 2 friendly dogs that are fun and well behaved.
