Nice house. Slight AC problem, took about 24 hours to get it addressed. House could use a few amenities and a little decor, but overall, a very nice property.

We ask for the pool to be heated and paid the extra money. The second day the pool was nice and warm, the next couple of days was like the heater shut off and water got cold. We went to use the oven and smelled something , open the oven found food from the people before us! Floors looked like they needed a good deep cleaning. There cleaning crew didn't stock the bathroom with toilet paper. So we had to buy it! Was a very nice house that worked well for our family celebration.

We were out of town guests in for a family wedding and the accommodation's for the 15 of us was awesome! Great location for a variety of restaurants, shopping, and things to do.Pool area nice with plenty of outdoor furniture. Host was great getting back to us with answers to our questions.

The house and property were in excellent condition and just as advertised. We found everything we needed for cooking and grilling and the house was well stocked with towels and necessary essentials. Everyone made use of the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed that opportunity. We would very much like to make use of this property again.

We rented this home over Christmas to bring multiple generations together to celebrate. It worked out perfectly! The kitchen was huge! We were able to have multiple people working in the kitchen at the same time very comfortably. And having a large kitchen table and dining room table gave us lots of eating and gathering options. This home is much larger than it appears in the pictures, which is usually the opposite, so it's worth mentioning. It was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. Highlights for the kids were the ping-pong table and the large, sink-into-comfy couch! We had great weather and spent a few afternoons hanging out by the pool and the hot tub was something to look forward to at the end of the day.

The house was clean and spacious and fit our families well. The kids loved the ping pong table. The large dining room table was useful! The weather was unseasonable therefore the pool was dirty and colder than usual. The vacuum/pump couldn’t keep up. There was no attempt from management to remedy the issue and just blamed the weather. The house is in a great location and nice neighborhood.

Cons: Not enough towels for 22 guests. Linens left out and not put away properly. Moldy cup found in a closet. Dishwasher smelled sewer upon starting it. No coffee carafe available. Two separate checkout lists made our responsibilities confusing as they contradicted each other. Spa didn’t heat. Dirty towels left under a bathroom sink. Curtain rod in a room not secured properly unsafe for children. Outlet in a room didn’t work. Not enough trash bags for guests for the kitchen. Pool toys left in the garage in the way of where a car couldn’t park. Pros: laundry soap and wash/dryer available for guests to use. Lots of pool toys and towels for use. Large beds for sleeping and were clean and comfortable. Home large enough for 22 guests. Plenty of parking (we had 7 - 8 large vehicles). Fun gaming amenities.

Safety concerns

Our family had a great stay, a few concerns, the dryer vent appears to be plugged, and clothes were not drying properly. no water pressure or hot water in the kitchen but all other had extremely hot water. water pressure so low the dishwasher could not clean dishes. Trash was a problem trash day was Thursday we arrived on Thursday outside trash was already full, we checked out on Tuesday & house rules specifically states do not leave trash can at the street. Pink mold on one of the bathroom shower curtains. Again, we had a great vacation once we cleaned up the house, we definitely left the house cleaner than when we arrived.

Great option for large group

Huge home with lots of room and a nice backyard area to hang out including a pool and outdoor grill. Bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms to accommodate the large group.

Good location

The location and home was perfect for our family. It was clean and well equipped in all aspects. The only item to mention was the management company was slow responding to several inquiries we had.
