A Beautiful 3 Bedroom Condo in St. Marrten! Come with Friends or Family!

Check in and out is ONLY on Saturdays. My unit in the pictures is only available the first week of February. For 2027 I do have a second week available but not in my unit. If you want to stay for two weeks the first week would be in my unit and the second week would be in a unit that is available. I would need at least 30 days to confirm with the resort the availability of the second week room. A single night here at the Dawn Beach Club on Expedia is $779 Canadian I'm renting for $550 per night

Looking for a quiet get away the Dawn Beach Club is your vacation place. Located on the Dutch side of the Dutch/French border. This gorgeous condo can sleep 6-8 with 3 bedroom with King Size Beds and a pullout bed in the living room.

It is located on the top floor and has a wrap around balcony giving you a Beautiful Panoramic view of the Mountains and the Ocean.

The condo with it's beautiful decor invites you to come in and relax. It offers a full kitchen with all it amenities coffee maker, blender, kettle, full fridge, stove and microwave. With a short walk you are at the beach or enjoy the infinity pool with swim up bar. Want to do a little barbecue there is free barbecues in the barbecue area. Need to work out the Dawn Beach has workout equipment and cardio machines.

If you go to the front gate and turn left you can get a great early morning workout climbing Melford Hazel Road with some beautiful sunrise views over the ocean.

Coming Soon another pool and various gift shops and a grocery store will be available.

You are just minutes away from the French side of St. Marrten with incredible French Cuisine Restaurants or take a 20 min drive back into Philipsburg for some shopping and more culinary delight restaurants.

Take a drive to Maho Beach and watch the plane fly right over you while you lie on the beach or sit in the bar and watch them as they land. Around the corner is Mullet Bay where you can just go out in the water and just float!

For the thrill seeker try The Flying Dutchman the world's steepest zipline from a vertical drop of 1066 feet for a length of 2538 feet. There are 4 side by side lines!!

Take a 2 hour drive around the island from the French side to the Dutch side. Stop in Marigot for lunch or grab a frozen yogurt treat. Take a day trip to Pinel Island $5 will get you across on a ferry boat to the island to picnic, lay on the beach or go swimming. Enjoy the day at Loterie Nature sanctuary on 135 acres with hiking trails & zip lines, plus a bar/eatery & pool/lounge areas.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Very restful stay

We stayed two weeks. The first week from owner Stephen was excellent.Beautiful corner view on top corner floor. His personal communication with me was great and the 3 bedroom condo was updated and quiet.Knew we had to move the second week and all went well. Just found that unit similar furnishings but seemed older. The view on first floor end unit was pretty but had a wide wall so you could not see the ocean unless standing up.The housekeeper Martha on the third floor was excellent. Rest of accommodations we used associated with JW Marriott was excellent. Service from the pool wonderful. Love the location as you are right on the border of Dutch and French.All the door men to greet you were special especially Stevenson, the pool staff Egmar was so attentive and polite. Secondly, Rodney was our backup excellent.We had a lovely relaxing trip just what we needed.
