The overall resort is nice and in a central area. 3 pools for whatever vibe you’re seeking and good food options (however not authentic to the island) The rooms are pretty bare bones. Mine was on the ocean which gave it a bit more pizzaz, but there is no decor to spruce it up. The tub/shower is ridiculously high with sliding doors - which could make it cumbersome to exit/enter for someone with mobility issues. There are also little to no toiletries save for 2 bars of soap (1 by the sink, 1 in the tub) 1 tiny tube of shampoo (no conditioner) and 1 tiny tube of lotion - so pack all the things OR buy them at the well stocked mini mart on the resort (which is probably why they don’t provide) The women staff are BEYOND amazing and kind. They messed up a birthday surprise a friend sent for me, but went out of their way to make amends. “Shorty” was great, made me a list of things to do, expedited my check-out, and was overall a breath of fresh air. Tina, one of the managers on site, was also an amazing part of my trip - engaged, kind, and thoughtful. Now on to the male staff - I traveled solo and felt very uncomfortable around a lot (not all) of them. They were hitting on me and making mention of seeing me alone every day. Management definitely needs to remind them that they’re at work, not a nightclub to pick up women. Would stay again!

The service was poor with a waiter that was so rude that we felt uncomfortable returning to the resort restaurant, despite having paid for all-inclusive. Concerns were brought to upper management with no resolution or compensation. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Best vacation I’ve ever had. I’m very happy we chose divi and it was the first all inclusive I’ve ever been blown away by. The food was excellent as were the drinks for an unbeatable price. Totally blown away will be back and highly recommend

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Island is easy to navigate but the resort was so big we really did not feel the need to venture out but when we did we felt safe and easy to get transportation.

The property was amazing!! The staff was professional and attentive to guest needs and wants.. The resort was super clean too!

Everything was great very conveniently located to major areas in sxm, pools and beach were kept in great condition, pool bar was a plus, food was good enough some may say it’s great but clearly catered for tourists. If you were interested in not leaving the resort they have jet ski, water sports, scuba and snorkeling all on site. Rooms were clean and large with a jet tub and stand up shower, fully air conditioned with split systems so was perfect after a hot day and night sleep in comfy temps.

Location is great if you are flying in early to catch a cruise the following day.

Pretty much everybody (staff) there was rude. Staff didn’t want to help with the simplest requests like changing a dollar for quarters. Only one restaurant was open for dinner, one for breakfast (which was the same place as dinner) and two choices for lunch. The resort is open to the public so at any given point, any random person can be competing for your beach chair and umbrella. There were many random strangers there all the time. I could’ve saved my money and went to my local beach at home and it would’ve felt the same.

Great beach and pools.

Went for one week vacation. Easy check in, long line for check out, but relatively simple. Compulsory COVID test needed to leave-Divi price $80/person MWF on site. Gizmo is a Macaw that lives at Divi, Will interact with everyone. Go for Gizmo! She ate breakfast with us every morning. One restaurant open for breakfast, one restaurant for lunch, three for dinner. Good food. Bar open from morning till evening. Staff was very pleasant, great attitudes and always willing to help. Wendy and Caron at breakfast we’re the best! Always smiling, always helpful. Tony the DJ was also amazing, always a friendly hello and very fun! Pierre and Stephen at the bar were great, too. Upon entering our room, the bed looked clean. Nicely decorated. Patio with table, 4 chairs, and two lounge chairs. Bath tub didn’t look so clean, looked like sand was all over. Jets didn’t work properly. Shower was ok. Full kitchen in room. Concierge was listed at being available 24-hr, but they were not there in the evening. But they were helpful in booking tours. Limited tours offered at hotel, but we did Rainforest adventures zip line/mountain tubing, and we did Billy Bones speedboat snorkel tour. Both were very fun, but BEWARE: Zipline is a FULL DAY feat. Lines are very long, we waited 2.5 hr for the Flying Dutchman, and they are only open certain days of the week. There is a rental car available on site at Divi, Thrifty/Dollar. Average was $67/day (with tax/fee) not including insurance.

The view was beautiful however the cleanliness of the room was not.

Location beautiful. Bar/ restaurant staff fantastic. The room had poor water pressure and took ten minutes for water to get warm. Shower never got completely hot. Front desk staff never answered the phone when I tried to call.
