Great staff, great view, beach was awesome
In all I would recommend this property as long as you know what you are getting beforehand. We looked at comparable properties on the island and found this one to be the best. Unfortunately there aren’t many all inclusive properties on the island. Pro’s: Gorgeous property, rooms were very nice and clean, beachfront rooms provide a beautiful view of Little Bay, clean beach, bartending staff was outstanding and super friendly, lots of amenities (kayaks, pools, beach chairs with umbrellas), nice dining options, most of the staff eager to please, nice hike to Ft Amsterdam, walking distance to Phillipsburg, unlike most all inclusive the wristband keys are great, on-site affordable car rental (we rented twice.) Con’s: the all inclusive package is only mostly inclusive (there are a few gotcha’s), had to sign a check every time you went to one of the bars or restaurants making you feel like you were being monitored, meal service was HORRIBLY slow, (one waiter we had two nights was incredibly rude - expect dinner to take multiple hours), they changed computer systems mid stay and none of the staff was trained, restaurants close early or never open without signage, their app was years outdated, at check in they attempt to give you a high pressure pitch for their timeshares, concierge only sold certain trips (others you were on your own.)
Creme brûlée needs to come off menu. Best coconut trip ever. Property is lovely. Staff are friendly. Taxis are dependable and always available. I liked the location. Quiet but easy to get a taxi and go downtown. For us the all inclusive was a good choice. Drinks could have been better. You have to request non house liquor and that helps.

We enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff was very friendly, just a few were unfriendly not sure if they were having a bad day or week?! The rooms were well kept and the beach was always clean and very pretty. Which there were a few more options for food during the day. Otherwise we had a great time and would stay there again.
Stayed in the same room as last time. Beaches and pools were excellent.

The overall resort is nice and in a central area. 3 pools for whatever vibe you’re seeking and good food options (however not authentic to the island) The rooms are pretty bare bones. Mine was on the ocean which gave it a bit more pizzaz, but there is no decor to spruce it up. The tub/shower is ridiculously high with sliding doors - which could make it cumbersome to exit/enter for someone with mobility issues. There are also little to no toiletries save for 2 bars of soap (1 by the sink, 1 in the tub) 1 tiny tube of shampoo (no conditioner) and 1 tiny tube of lotion - so pack all the things OR buy them at the well stocked mini mart on the resort (which is probably why they don’t provide) The women staff are BEYOND amazing and kind. They messed up a birthday surprise a friend sent for me, but went out of their way to make amends. “Shorty” was great, made me a list of things to do, expedited my check-out, and was overall a breath of fresh air. Tina, one of the managers on site, was also an amazing part of my trip - engaged, kind, and thoughtful. Now on to the male staff - I traveled solo and felt very uncomfortable around a lot (not all) of them. They were hitting on me and making mention of seeing me alone every day. Management definitely needs to remind them that they’re at work, not a nightclub to pick up women. Would stay again!

The service was poor with a waiter that was so rude that we felt uncomfortable returning to the resort restaurant, despite having paid for all-inclusive. Concerns were brought to upper management with no resolution or compensation. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
Best vacation I’ve ever had. I’m very happy we chose divi and it was the first all inclusive I’ve ever been blown away by. The food was excellent as were the drinks for an unbeatable price. Totally blown away will be back and highly recommend
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Island is easy to navigate but the resort was so big we really did not feel the need to venture out but when we did we felt safe and easy to get transportation.
