We had a wonderful stay at the Philadelphia Marriott Old City as part of our Valentine’s celebration weekend. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and historic attractions. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel valued from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making the weekend both relaxing and memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room was great. Lots of room, beds were comfy and quiet. Front desk staff was very nice. The bartender/waitress was lovely and the food was great. The only negative was the temp of the water in the shower. The water wouldn’t get hot even when left running for 5 mins. Water got warm to take a shower but barely.

This is a higher priced hotel, so I was surprised when my car was stolen from in front of the hotel. At first I thought it was towed, and the first person I contacted at the front desk had an attitude when I was trying to find the car. The whole stay was a disaster. Hot water in shower was also inconsistent. Hotel manager did give us some credit on our bill, as well as a breakfast voucher, but I will not stay here again. Overpriced and not safe. And yes my car was locked and has a security system.
