We had a pleasant experience at Canopy. Very comfortable bedding, and the rooms were quiet, modern, and attractive. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly as well. Easy walk to dining, sights, and subway.

The room was actually missing the steamer, bathroom garbage can and jad a completely empty bottle of body wash in the shower on the day of my arrival. A call to the front desk did remedy that after awhile. Otherwise, the room was clean and the floor was very quiet. Front desk staff were friendly.

I wanted to love this property as I booked it to celebrate my son's white coat ceremony (and the reviews looked great). However, the rooms are so small and we booked premium with a city view. There is no comfortable place in the room to sit to enjoy a meal or even morning coffee. I was embarrassed as I booked an additional room for family and they felt cramped. The dust in the room was crazy (take a look around)!!! I have stayed at many better options in Center City and I was disappointed. I would not stay here again.

My husband and I visited Philly for the first time. We absolutely loved our stay at Canopy and will stay there again. All the concierge were friendly and offered great recommendations for where to eat, shop, listen to music and watch the Jays game. The restaurant is tasty and has excellent service (shout out Mike)! Adored the decor and vibes. The location makes everything walkable and felt safe.

The property must have been an old industrial building, converted into a hotel. It was quiet and a decent location, but so much in the hotel was old or didn’t work quite right. Like the showers and sink faucets. And the rooms are small.

I rated the breakfast a 3 but we didn't eat there. It was way too expensive to even consider. The place itself is somewhat pricey to begin with. I had to put something to complete this survey. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The valet parking attendants were also top notch.

Love this place! The staff were very friendly & the hotel is very clean. We loved the ambiance from the moment we walked in the door. This location is in walking distance of so many things. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated with a super friendly and helpful staff! Walkable to many fun areas - Reading Terminal Market only a few blocks away, and Washington Square and Rittenhouse Square not to far. The train station & airports (both Philly & Newark) are easy to get to on public transport as well. But again, the customer service and the way they checked in on us and were available even after check-out through their text chat for me was above and beyond. Special shout out to Felicia for helping me get back some left property!
