Experienced hosts entering our 9th season of hosting short-term guests in this home. **LOCATION** Walk to/from downtown with ease 5 minutes to ALL town amenities from our whisper quiet neighborhood. The house comes with all the comforts of your home including: central air conditioning (many homes in Petoskey do not have) strong wifi, smart TVs in family room/master/guest bedroom with premium services logged in / on-site bikes (2 mens mountain, 2 child bikes, 1 cruiser (uni-sex) and 1 ladies mountain bike, dishes/pots/pans, bar glassware, beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/towels/toys. We also supply fresh: linens, towels, wash cloths, toiletries, etc. In addition we stock Cafe du Monde coffee in the cupboard with sugars and creamer in fridge. Hit your day running. Want to cook up a fresh catch from Jon Cross or your wily angler? Grill/patio in backyard. Or, utilize our recently updated kitchen. We would happily also consider your dog if house-broken, (please no furniture/bed sitting for pups) and generally well behaved. We keep a crate in the basement and have several runs in the large partially fenced backyard. As owners of a large retriever we fully understand how comforting it is to have all members of the family present no matter how many legs they possess. The full and queen pillow top beds will prove to be very comfortable. The newly replaced couch for extra sleepers along with extra blankets in the guest bedroom closet is also an option. *Please note that we have always placed a high degree of emphasis on cleanliness (see our reviews) and do our best to continue to do so. **Be aware that desirable time frames of peak "season" tend to book many months prior.

Great spot

My family had a great stay here on our visit. Close and easy walk to town, comfortable and clean. We had one child on the couch and that was tricky, she wasn’t super comfortable there. But we were able to borrow an air matters from friends and there was plenty of room to set that up comfortably in the living room. Kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking meals. We would def stay again.

My husband and I stayed here in early June and the experience was wonderful. The location is ideal - just a couple of blocks from downtown Petoskey. It was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. We did day trips to Harbor Springs, Elk Rapids, Charlevoix and Traverse City during our stay. Our dog, Lucy, enjoyed her stay as well. Thank you so much and we will return.

We enjoyed a week in petoskey with this house as our home base. Fabulous location as we walked to coffee every morning and enjoyed the Petoskey NYE celebration. We were able to visit three ski mountains during this visit - all less than 30 mins away! So wonderful to have our dog with us. Would recommend to other families with dogs but make sure you read the listing so you know about the number of beds- I hadn’t done that and spent the week sleeping with my daughter!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at Belle’s on Grove! It was so incredibly cozy and clean. We felt right at home with the decor and nice flowing colors all throughout the house. Our favorite part is how clean it was, it was impeccably spotless. Whoever cleans that place takes a lot of pride in their work. We have stayed at all kinds of places in many different locations around the world at all different price points from fancy resorts to quick hole in the wall last minute motels while on the road. Belles on Grove is hands down the cleanest and coziest stay we’ve ever had where my husband, myself and our 2 kids were extremely comfortable. We loved it and will absolutely look into booking here again for our next trip. The only disappointment we had was that it was not decorated for the holidays. We were traveling for a Christmas event and was bummed to find no kind of holiday decor or feeling inside the home. A small Christmas tree would really set this home over the top this time of year! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

NICE PLACE

AS ADVERTISED. CLEAN AND CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. WE HAD A CHANGE OF PLANS SO ONLY MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER STAYED AND THEY FELT SAFE AND SECURE. THEY WERE PLEASED AT THE LOCATION AS IT WAS A SHORT WALK TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA. THE BICYCLES WERE A NICE TOUCH AS THEY WENT FOR A LONG RIDE DOWN BY THE WATER. Ski trip in Petoskey

The house was cozy and warm. The heat works fantastically. So nice to go to dinner in town just a few blocks away. The SmartTV is great and we watched a number of movies. The kitchen is really nice and modern for cooking has everything you could need.

Great in town family getaway

Lovely home for a quick holiday getaway for our family. This cozy home was perfect to share time with our kids and close enough to walk to town for food and shopping since the ski conditions were less than ideal A well stocked kitchen, comfy living room with televisions in every room. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom, our kids shared the smaller room which although cozy was big enough for them. There was ample closets, towels, tissue, hand soap, and even noticed a care box of extra toothbrushes and band aids if needed. The hosts really do care about their guests and provide a clean and welcoming home. We loved the ease of walking to town and while being winter we couldn’t help but notice all the extras provided for summer guests which intrigued us for future stays. Check in process was very easy and the place was exceptionally clean and cozy. A lot of thoughtful amenities for your stay and you can tell there was a lot of care and thought put into the decor of the house. Being dog lovers ourselves, there were many accommodations for our fur baby.. The house is located very close to downtown, so it was easy to either walk or ride your bikes without having to drive and find parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
