Soak in the charming log cabin aesthetic softened by plush linens and tranquil pines swaying just outside the huge picture windows. Let the morning sun stream in as you sip your coffee before a day on the slopes.
Make yourself at home in the two bedrooms on the main level, both with comfortable queen sized beds, while the kids play in the loft before falling asleep gazing up at the stars in their matching twin sized beds. If you're looking to really stretch out, we'd be happy to convert the loft to a cozy king suite.
Not only are you moments away from the resort's upper parking lot and convenient access to the ski hill, but you are steps away from an extensive trail network where you can walk, snowshoe, snowmobile or make your way to the Nickel Plate Nordic trails. Schuss Spring is a private mountain spring off the back of the 2/3 acre property that provides the cabin with the best water you’ll ever taste. Chalet Schuss has private parking for two vehicles and a spacious boot room to keep all your gear warm and dry while you lounge by the fire.

This property was beautiful, quaint and comfortable! The owners had it stocked with an abundance of quality products, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, dish soap, and food and drink items, like tea, coffee and other condiments. There are also all the kitchen ware we needed and the appliances are all high end, new brands. For being a mountain log house/cabin, the technology within is advanced, especially the lighting. Our family, including three teenager daughters were very happy with the stay!
