The view is incredible and we really enjoyed the balconies! Location is great and having a large pool was great for our young sons. All in all a great place to stay. We hope to be back!

Perfect spot

Great location with nice views of the beach and bay from the balcony. Very short walk to store, restaurant and beach. Nice quiet location but just a quick drive to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Condo was immaculate and just as shown in the pics. We will definitely be back.

Itrips got us an early check-in. Great views, A/C was really good. A really good choice if not staying directly on beach.

Absolutely loved this place. Quiet on the bayside with the beach right across the street. 1 mile from Pensacola Beach and all the restaurants. Place is every bit as nice as the pictures. I’d stay here again next time I come to Pensacola.

The view on this condo was amazing! Everything was just as we needed. The only complaint was that the kitchen utensils could use a bit of upgrades. We cook every meal as we have food allergies so it’s important to us to have quality products. The location was perfect! There are no beach chairs or umbrella. That would be a nice addition.

This was a very nice property, and a great alternative to the Emerald Dolphin, where we had stayed many times until that particular unit was sold. We'll be back!

Nice quiet location across the street from Gulf. Unit was well equipped, we did not cook, eating out was great! Enjoyed the outside balcony, hi top table and chairs for two!

Probably the best views on Santa Rosa Island. Easy access to beach, pool, and Pensacola Bay. The overall inside of the condo was clean and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

North & South facing property

The unit was fine except for the yellow couch in the living room. It was very dirty and the cushions were completely broken down. The leather chair was also very old with no support in the cushions. It had a pillow on top of the seat for some support. If these were updated, it would help tremendously. Thx

Quick three day

Wonderful view, excellent washer and dryer and above average kitchen and appliances. The furniture looked quite out dated looked like someone went to a flea market. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and would not close. The master toliet seat was broken. There was a small tear in the living room lamp. All in all qite disappointment and not what we expected goven the price.
